I only got the sour cream in my first bite and it definitely could have used more but the taco is still tasty without. Tortillas are good. Upon first glance the enchiladas looked decent. As they say, looks can be deceiving! I always get chicken enchilads when ordering for the first time at a Mexican style restaurant as I think they are a good indicator. Refried beans need salt and fat badly. Rice is ok but also dry. Now, the star of the show the supposed "chicken" enchilads. Wow in the worst possible way. First, there is not a shred of chicken amongst the unmelted pre shredded "Mexican cheese blend". Not only that but I found a single piece of meat that is not chicken and most likely is pork. Luckily I do not have any dietary restrictions but if you do beware.
