I used Presidential Limousine this summer to get to and from the airport to the Red Hook Ferry and had a great experience. Airport to Redhook: When we exited the airport we didn't have to wait. Although we didn't find a sign with our name when exiting the airport when I asked the gentlemen directing people to taxis for Presidential Limo he waived over Perry and we were off - super easy. I upgraded our vehicle going to the Ferry to the Cadillac Escalade (traveling for my hubs' birthday) and it was exactly what I wanted. Escalade was clean, cool (A/C blasting), had bottled water for us, and we had a comfortable drive. Redhook to airport: For our return trip I reached out to Perry super last minute, literally the day before, and we were able to secure the regular shuttle van for transportation to the airport. Presidential's regular shuttle was nicer than what I had expected- high end sprinter type van, leather seats, super clean, etc. Perry and our return trip driver (forgot his name- sorry!) were professional, courteous, wore their masks in the vehicle, and were good drivers. read more

I booked Perry's company to pick up my family at the airport in st Thomas and to take us to the ferry for St. John.... class act from meeting us at baggage claim to dropping us off at the ferry... would never use anything but perry going forward and recommend him to anyone and everyone!!! We used presidential limo for our transfer from the port in St Thomas to the airport. Perez, our driver was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was very impressive. The car was a luxury suv with air conditioning (yeah!), bottled waters. And Perez went above and beyond his duties. My 9 year old tearfully realized she had left her iPod in the car AFTER we had cleared immigration and customs and Perez was well on his way back. My husband called and Perez turned around and brought the iPod back to my daughter! Now that's a gentleman and company who really exemplify first rate customer service.
