Marlita offered a fair rate, without any price gouging. I was nervous about paying in advance, which seems to be the protocol at most of the independent companies on the island. However, I need not have worried: We were picked up at the airport immediately after we arrived and grabbed our bag. We were greeted by friendly service and an almost brand new Jeep in impeccable condition that was carefully cleaned. No surprise additional charges waiting for us. There were extra floor mats in the car to help us with keeping sand/water out. On our final day, Marlita contacted me to confirm the drop off time. Drop off was similarly seamless - we met at the airport drop off zone without any wait time at all.

Finally, we started our private tour without he caring or apologizing for wasting our time that we paid for. At numerous stops, he would speak with their other drivers and try and arrange transportation for people waiting at these stops while we wasting our time that we paid for. He did not care about our time, our private tour, he was more interested in booking additional transfers. THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE, TOUR AND WASTE OF MONEY. The previous day we had a private tour with PREMIUM VIP SERVICES SXM in St Maarten, which was the complete opposite of Brenda and Franko's. Brenda and Franko should go to St Maarten and book a tour with PREMIUM VIP SERVICES SXM to see how a private tour should be run. I would NOT recommend Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours.
