Can't say enough great things about this person and his shuttle service. Got in two hours late after a substantially delayed flight and Yogi was exactly the person we needed to find. He had a warm smile and loaded our things into his swanky and clean van. The AC was already blasting. We all settled in and my step mom jokingly requested we try to make the 7 PM ferry; knowing it was 20-30 minutes away and it was already 6:32 when we set off. We just assumed that we would have to wait another hour for the 8 o'clock ferry because we got in so late. That was ALL Yogi had to hear. He accepted the challenge. He moved that van around St. Thomas with speed and dexterity and kept us well entertained with hilarious stories (ask him about his baby elephant!) We made the ferry with a minute to spare!!! He unloaded our bags while we sent my brother in to snag the ferry tickets before we missed it. He wished us well on our vacation. If he hadn't have tried so hard to get us to the ferry, honestly our night would have been pretty rough- because of him we got to the food stores before they closed, and got to have a nice dinner before the restaurant closed. He made our first night of vacation stress free and restful. The next morning he texted my dad checking in and wished us a great vacation again. Yogi's taxi service provided excellent service. The taxi was clean, air conditioned (big plus), and mechanically sound. Yogi quickly responded each time I called and provided detailed information about arrival time and taxi number. On one instance he was unable to service my spur of the moment request and made arrangements for another service to provide my transportation. It too was reliable. I never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes. Not sure I ever really waited 10 minutes. Yogi provided detailed information about St. Thomas which proved very beneficial in planning my vacation. Yogi was instrumental is making sure our family had a fabulous experience in St. Thomas. He did more than just drive us where we asked. He gave us great local suggestions that we never would have known with our own research. He drove a van that hold 14 passengers and luggage, but he we only had 3 people and he never made us wait for extra people. The van is high quality with personal music choices, tv, nice air conditioning, and great company. We felt like we had a personal driver all week. Spent the entire day traveling and got delayed at San Juan airport en route to St.Thomas. Yogi Met us in the airport baggage area, took our bags and loaded them in his van for us. We were in a rush to get to the ferry. Yogi was up for the task. He not only got us to the ferry with seconds to spare but he was willing to risk damage to his own vehicle to make us happy. Full 5 stars for Yogi as he did not disappoint and made sure we got where we needed to go in record time. Also he has great taste in music and provides comic relief during the ride. Yogi is hands down the first person I call when I need a ride. If he isn't available, then he makes arrangements for someone else to pick me up which is a huge convenience!!!! I recommend him to all my friends and rental guests. His van seats 14 comfortably with plenty of room for shopping, island tours, private rides, etc. His van is extremely clean and the AC is always on and cold.
