Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours was the worst private tour that we have ever taken. After receiving confirmation from Brenda that we had a 8am pickup on St Thomas, no one was there at the scheduled time. Calling Franko, he stated that his wife did not give him the correct time. Twenty-five minutes later he arrived, did not apologize for being late, and stated that he would be with us shortly. We waiting there for 15 more minutes while he spoke with one of their other drivers who was there for a pickup. Finally, we started our private tour without he caring or apologizing for wasting our time that we paid for. At numerous stops, he would speak with their other drivers and try and arrange transportation for people waiting at these stops while we wasting our time that we paid for. He did not care about our time, our private tour, he was more interested in booking additional transfers. THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE, TOUR AND WASTE OF MONEY. The previous day we had a private tour with PREMIUM VIP SERVICES SXM in St Maarten, which was the complete opposite of Brenda and Franko's. Brenda and Franko should go to St Maarten and book a tour with PREMIUM VIP SERVICES SXM to see how a private tour should be run. I would NOT recommend Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours. They are interested in making money more than providing a great service. Franko did not apologize for being late and wasting our time until I mentioned it at the end. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would this was the most disrespectful person I've met she ruined my time before I could even get in the taxi with how nasty she spoke to me disrespectful made us pay her again after we already paid her when we landed she didn't answer the phone (that was stated in the other reviews I ignored it) she then proceeded to apologize in the car which I happened to get on video because I was taking a video of the scenery beautiful place I'm excited to explore but I wouldn't give a dollar to this company I reported it on viator they will be refunding me my money and contacting them I hope no one has to experience this . read more

My family and I were looking for a private tour of St. Thomas. After looking at various sites, we found Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours. When our ship got delayed, I let Brenda know, and she adjusted the time without any issues. Due to the cruise terminal restrictions, she could not wait for us in the taxi area. She coordinated with me, and we made the pickup happen. Brenda did a great job of listening to what we wanted to see and took us all over the island. She took us to all the best spots and shared the history and culture of the island. About 30 minutes before boarding time, she had us back at the port and right in front of the passenger area. BEWARE!!! Franko completely scammed our group. He overcharged nearly TRIPLE the posted rates as outlined by the taxi commission and refused to respond to us once we found out about his overcharging. He drove erratically, had no idea where he was going, refused to listen to us when we explained where to go and then charged us $100 for 3 people from the airport. Other taxi companies in town told us the rate should have been $12-15 per person AT MOST for where we went, and we paid $20 each (including baggage) back to the airport from a MUCH farther location. He charged us $34 per person and then refused to respond. Our accommodation manager said that it was a scam and that he would be sharing with others not to hire Franko's services. read more

This is a MUST TOUR. After booking another shore excursion, I was very dissatisfied. I've visited St.Thomas previously and the tour offered via cruise was a true disappointment. I had to leave the tour (yes, that bad) and I was VERY fortunate to be able to hire Brenda, a knowledgeable islander. This tour is what EVERY tour should be...engaging, informative, and fun! Honestly, this wasn't a tour...it was a view of St.Thomas given by "family" who knows no color. The beauty, views, and highlights offered by Brenda are second to no other tour. I booked a tour for my family with Brenda and Franko based off the awesome reviews in Trip Advisor. I was excited and expected a great time - they did not disappoint! They took us to the mountain top in St. Thomas, Magan's Bay, a great shopping warehouse and some historical sites. They also provided a tasting of various rums which added a nice touch. They are flexible if you need more or less time at the beach or wherever. When saying our goodbyes it felt like we were leaving family! Franko and Brenda are a wonderful couple who is very knowledgeable and passionate about St. Thomas and it definitely shows in their tours. My daughter and her friend did a tour with Brenda and Franko over the weekend and had a great time. The girls are working at All Hands Volunteers doing hurricane relief work and were in need of a well-deserved day off, which they got on the tour. They did a sightseeing, shopping, and swimming excursion and it was perfect, just the right amount of time. If you've never been to St. Thomas and are questioning this tour, do it! The tour was nothing short of fun and educational. We visited some great spots on the island and drinks were even provided free! (Nice touch) And of course when it came to the price, I thought it was very reasonable. I took this 4 hour tour today with Brenda and Franko. It was a wonderful afternoon. They are so informative and upbeat. We came away with a lot of knowledge about St. Thomas and the surrounding islands. I would highly recommend them for touring and airport shuttle. Had a great time on this tour. We came to visit at a time when the island was still badly damaged from the hurricanes and our cruise ship came in at an odd time, but Brenda and Franko were quick to respond, created an option for our cruise, and did the best they could under the conditions. They are wonderful people, and the island will come back and be better than ever! I will return and see them again, when more of the island is accessible and they have power. read more

We had a great experience with Brenda and Franco. We were really impressed with Franco's knowledge of the island. The sites he took us too were great. We were so glad that we went to Emerald Beach instead of Magan's Bay to avoid the crowds. The shopping was great too. The only slight complaint we had was that we felt rushed a bit while trying to shop but we understand we had a lot to see in the 6 hours. We highly recommend them and would use them again. read more

On June 2, 2016 we picked up this tour when we got off the cruise ship. Our group included 4 adults and one child (4yr old). Since we did not have too much planned in St. Thomas we were open to check out the island. Franko is the person who we met near the dock, he was very friendly and gave us a quick rundown of the tour and answered our questions prior to our commitment to take the tour. Many of the tour operators are like wolves but Franko was very honest and upfront with us. His wife Brenda drives the tour vehicle and deserves a medal for the tight spots on hills she can clear with not a scrape or bump to show for it. The tour was very informative and covered many sites as well as a breaks for walking about and taking photos as well as liquid refreshment. Franko and Brenda from the beginning encouraged people to go online to post reviews, my review would be this tour was worth the time and money and should we ever be in St. Thomas again we will pre arrange a tour with Brenda and Franko for another fun tour. read more
