Airport to Redhook: When we exited the airport we didn't have to wait. Although we didn't find a sign with our name when exiting the airport when I asked the gentlemen directing people to taxis for Presidential Limo he waived over Perry and we were off - super easy. I upgraded our vehicle going to the Ferry to the Cadillac Escalade (traveling for my hubs' birthday) and it was exactly what I wanted. Escalade was clean, cool (A/C blasting), had bottled water for us, and we had a comfortable drive. Redhook to airport: For our return trip I reached out to Perry super last minute, literally the day before, and we were able to secure the regular shuttle van for transportation to the airport. Presidential's regular shuttle was nicer than what I had expected- high end sprinter type van, leather seats, super clean, etc. Perry and our return trip driver (forgot his name- sorry!) were professional, courteous, wore their masks in the vehicle, and were good drivers.

The drivers do pass out cards with Paradise Taxi & Tours USVI. Long story short they scam you. I highly encourage you to know your rates, pre-book car service and double check that you have the right driver. Do not carry cash. And do not agree to pay them for something you already paid for. Completely unethical company. Shame on St.Thomas for not regulating this more. There are ton of bad reviews for taxi services in this area.

I just wanted to let everyone know how amazing this company is, and in particular, the owner…read moreJoseph, who was also our driver. We have a 13 month old and had our hands full with our luggage and lots of baby gear. We decided not to bring a car seat only if we could find a service that would provide a baby seat to and from our hotel. After we emailed and called a few different places, we were surprised not to get any responses. So we did a second round of calls to a other few new companies and we got in touch with Prestige Taxi and Joseph. He told us that he was on the road but to text him our info and he would send back confirmation as soon as he got back to the office. Within an hour we had a confirmation with our info, price, driver name, etc. He even throw in the baby seat at no cost. Once we arrived Joseph was waiting for us with a sigh and a smile. He was professionally dressed and has a very easy going fun way about him. We had a truck load of luggage which he took charge of, and we were thrilled to be packed up and ready to go within 25 minutes of arrival. His van was super clean, AC was cranking and we had a very nice rear facing baby seat for the little guy. We had a 25 minute ride to the Ritz which was a great time to get some local information about the island. Joseph shared history about the island, great places to see on St. Thomas and St. John, good local eateries, places to shop, etc. He also asked if we wanted to do a quick tour of Red Hook just so we had a visual of a fun area to shop and hang out. I wanted to give Prestige a 5 star review and would tell you that Joseph is a class act.
