They will charge you $500 more per month for month to month fees, they have these ridiculous inspections to check things out every few weeks. The road noise is horrible you can't open the 2 windows that you have because of the noise that is off of Latson road. The kicker that made me the most angry is move out..the very rude condescending MGR who would not do a walk out with me so I made my own video to protect myself, she is a pro at what she does at messing people over legally....a pro. She will tell you oh I have to wait a week to do a walk through and then you will get your check oh you can't find your key? Oh take a week to look for it no problem...BUT CHARGE YOU RENT THOSE DAYS and not TELL you she is doing that. Then instead of sending your security deposit which is only small fee back which i know I paid alot more than that to get in there....they keep it and bill you for rent.I would get a lawyer because these people will keep your money! Their maint. staff can't fix nothing either. you will have BLACK dust coming through your heater vents if you like to be constantly sick then rent here but this place is poorly managed and led and over priced. You can purchase a condo for less than what they charge for rent. Oh and the walls are paper thin too....be mindful of that you will hear every little dog bark all day long all night long. Every time since I've needed maintenance, Dan has responded and resolved the issue within a day and does excellent work. The only complaint I have about the Glens is the payment system. It certainly leaves a bit to be desired and it seems strange to have residents put in what their payment should be rather than the system telling you. Other than that, it's been nice living here so far and I would certainly recommend it!

If the maintenance man actually does come, he will break a couple more things while he's inside your apartment and leave a trail of mud on the floor. Keep a watchful eye on the maintenance man, Jeff, when he's in your apartment as he has a tendency to steal. Make sure to keep a chair under the door handle because the maintenance man will unlock your door and allow two men into your apartment to install a low flow shower head while you are sitting on your toilet. If you are looking for a relaxing place to call home, look somewhere else. Jill adds a layer of unnecessary drama to every aspect of life here.
