Kristen in the office has become like a granddaughter to him and she was always wonderful with whatever his needs were (usually conning her out of candy). Things were taken care of immediately whenever he had a maintenance issue and Mark was wonderful as well. I looked at a lot of apartments for my dad but chose Town Commons because of Kristen as well as how nice the apartment was. If I could give ten stars I would! Thank you Kristen and Mark! Dan and his crew were also extremely helpful in getting my apartment in good shape after moving in a couple of months ago. Every time since I've needed maintenance, Dan has responded and resolved the issue within a day and does excellent work. The only complaint I have about the Glens is the payment system. It certainly leaves a bit to be desired and it seems strange to have residents put in what their payment should be rather than the system telling you. Other than that, it's been nice living here so far and I would certainly recommend it!

If the maintenance man actually does come, he will break a couple more things while he's inside your apartment and leave a trail of mud on the floor. Keep a watchful eye on the maintenance man, Jeff, when he's in your apartment as he has a tendency to steal. Make sure to keep a chair under the door handle because the maintenance man will unlock your door and allow two men into your apartment to install a low flow shower head while you are sitting on your toilet. If you are looking for a relaxing place to call home, look somewhere else. Jill adds a layer of unnecessary drama to every aspect of life here.
