You will regret renting or moving into this place. I lived here for three years, and the management changed 4 times. The management thats in there now, raised the rent 200.00 dollars and thats not including the water bill. My rent was 760.00 a month and they raised it to almost $1,000.00 per month. The construction is very poor and the stair wells are very very narrow. You won't be able to fit full size furniture up or down the stairs. The parking sucks, the apartments are not sound proof at all, you can hear everything........and yes I do mean everything that your neighbors say and do. There are no amenities at all....like a pool, work out place, or club house. The staff that is there now are rude and very bitchy to you, even when you ask a logical question. They basically tell you if you don't like it, to move out. If you have a question regarding the rules and the lease agreement, they tell you to read your paperwork, when in fact the staff should know that paperwork like the back of their hand. When you move out, they don't let you know when they are walking your unit or even tell you they are walking it. There's a blonde haired older lady that works here and she is so rude, even to people who come by to look at the units and to current residents. This place is not worth your time, money or effort. They are just not worth the thousands of dollars you will be paying to rent the place out.
