I am more than grateful to have found Emma because she took special care of my dress and did a perfect job. Not only am I thankful for her excellent work, I loved that she was in Prescott. I was dreading having to drive down to the Phoenix area as I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to drop off, go back for a fitting, and pick up. She communicated well, was super sweet and gave me privacy while it got into my dress. She helped zip me up before pinning the hem. She also gave me her professional opinion on what would look best. I was unsure if I only needed a hem in the front or if it was needed to hem all around. I let her know I wanted to keep the train long. She advised that all around would look best for proportions and the train will not be affected much in length. Putting full trust in her I left my wedding dress and let her do her magic. She let me know when she started to work on it and when it was ready. We did a fitting incase there were any adjusted that needed attention. It was perfect!! My dress was not a one layer floor gown. It was an A Line that had about 5-6 layers of glitter tulle. They lined up nicely and flowed flawlessly. She took care of my dress and there were no issues at all. After the fitting she helped place it safely into the garment bag. I thanked her for her excellent work, her kindness and care of my wedding dress. Her pricing is fair for the work she had to do.
