Spent over $500 for two dozen roses and 12 boutonnieres . It sounded kind of expensive but it was an important date. The boutonnieres were wilted and bent over within 6 hours of delivery. The Roses were already fully bloomed and opened, and although presented on Saturday, they were bent over and dead by Tuesday. It definitely wasn't abused, but I also wasn't expecting anything since it had been a gift. I brought it into the store simply to show them what had happened and even told them I wasn't there to return it. Without any hesitation, they picked up the entire display of hackey sacks, told me to choose whichever one I wanted, and replaced it with a smile. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. They treated me with kindness, trusted what I told them, and made the whole experience incredibly easy. If you're looking for a locally owned toy store that truly stands behind what they sell and genuinely cares about their customers, I can't recommend Toyful highly enough. I'll definitely be back.
