This was a really nice gesture! However, when I went into the store and asked the associate about the gift card, she just stared at me slack-jawed and said she "wouldn't know anything about that." Going to these types of stores can already be uncomfortable, and Groove makes it worse. Go to Castle instead, where the associates genuinely care about ensuring you have a positive experience.
