The clothes are beautiful, good quality, and the ladies there are so nice and helpful. Prices are well dispersed with some costing your typical $45-65$ and some are higher. Horrible Customer Service. One particular employee elder blonde with glasses was extremely rude. Very disappointed of the lack of customer service. She was harassing us through the store and scolding us of touching items and having a phone out . She then accused us of ripping a dress then changed her words to busting the zipper. Beautiful dresses/shoes and a clean store. TERRIBLE customer service! From the looks of other negative reviews- it was likely the same woman. The shop attendant stalked us through the store, she Informed us that photos were not allowed (was not taking any) and made sure we knew that her pay is based off of commissions when I was comparing prices (why do customers need to know how you get paid???). She then proceeded to inform my cousin who was with me why she said what she said like I could not hear her. Her passive aggressive customer service has guaranteed I will never be a customer. I will also advise anyone heading to Jerome to avoid this shop and buy directly from online sources- which are so far proving to be cheaper. Had I received kind customer service that was more geared toward assisting me find what I was looking for I would have definitely considered buying merchandise from this store for the marked up prices they had listed. I love to support a small business- but customer service is the heart of it. Amore is the perfect name for this boutique, and their accessories shop just up the street, because every time I come here, I go home with something I fell in love with! This time it was a cute little dragonfly cross body bag that I have received so many compliments on! They have tons of other stuff from really cute 1950s vintage style dresses, to the "horny for food" oven mitt that we have in our kitchen, lingerie, fun kitschy gifts and other things to get your kink on! ;) Everyone working here is always so nice, fun, funny and informative! This store is a jewel in Jerome and I think the friendliest! Really pretty stuff but really disappointed. I came in as a local after being born and raised down the hill, I'd always seen the shop and been really excited for the day I turned 18. (as they have an 18+ area downstairs, it used to be the whole store before they'd moved locations) I'd finally reached that little milestone last year and went to visit with my partner to treat myself, they couldn't go downstairs as they forgot their wallet and ID, totally reasonable. I provided mine and she questioned, it also perfectly fine with me, (2006 birthday I get it) she let me downstairs and I started to look. There were nearly no smalls and not an extra small in sight, maybe I was looking in the wrong place but, I was just really disappointed. I was getting close to walking upstairs when the lady who'd checked my ID then returned to tell me she didn't believe I was 18? Which was honestly borderline embarrassing as other people were actively shopping, and it only would've taken a pretty simple 2025-2006 in a calculator to prevent. Once more pretty things, I'm always super happy to support local and I was just trying to show my partner whose visiting some stuff (maybe surprise them with something pretty for me to wear) but it honestly was just a sad experience for something I'd been looking forward to for so long. read more

Amazing shop in Jerome. The second we saw the beautiful window items we had to check it out. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a wonderland woman , so friendly and inviting. The dresses were just beautiful and the cutest pin up bathing suits. So many items to choose from dresses, cute little gift ideas and lingerie. Stopped in to Amore Pin Up Boutique & had a wonderful experience browsing with the lovely store attendant, Audrey. She was so knowledgeable about the products & designers they carried in the store. I tried on a few pieces & will be heading back up for their 'F' Black Friday sale. They have a wonderful variety of designers & styles & she said they're constantly bringing in new products. Definitely not something I would have expected to see in the tiny little town of Jerome! This store is going to be VERY bad for my wallet! ABSOLUTELY the BEST dress store for 1950s styled dresses. I called in to make an appointment for a fitting room and this was my second time here. They give you a one on one shopping experience and they know their dress sizes and fitting so well. The ladies there were able to help me find my size and tell me which dresses ran small or large based on designer and material. She helps fix the dresses and makes sure you are tended to and help you zip up the dresses of you need adjusting. Such wonderful employees that are soo sweet and informational. I highly recommend stopping by. I ended up buying 5 dresses here and I'll most certainly be back for more ! Also, please be respectful of their rules it's how they keep their dresses in such pristine condition and keep their shop nice. read more

Such a unique shop! One side is super unique, cute pin up dresses and shoes, the other side is more adult so no kids allowed! The girl helping me was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me find my size, even climbing up on a ladder to get a dress I loved that was on a manikin. The clothes in the store are super cute, but I didn't try anything on because the lady working there started telling me about how much she and other people in Jerome hate tourists. As I am a tourist, I felt unwelcome. She talked about a few other things as well, like how she couldn't wait to go home. We left as soon as we could politely excuse ourselves and decided to shop online instead. If she hadn't made the experience so uncomfortable, I looked around more and bought a few things. My favorite stop whenever I stop in Jerome. I love the lady who runs it she's very unapologetically herself and amazing. She was super helpful with helping me find a dress for an event. She made me feel very welcome and at home as soon as I got in talking to me and sharing stories through the whole experience, I'm not usually a talkative person but she gives off a good vibe. It clearly isn't a store for kids even when you're not in the adult section there's some vulgar things (which are all very hilarious). Can't wait to come back once it gets warmer so I can get a cute bathing suit from their new seller. read more

Stumbled on this little seductive spot after grazing on fudge and wasn't sure if I was in bliss because of having both lingerie and chocolate. The saleswoman, not sure if owner, was as darling and mesmerizing as their collection of sexy lingerie. I don't think I've ever been able to leave a boutique shop and get as much as I did without blowing easily $200. From flirty vintage dresses to ohsosexy librarian pieces, I don't think any man could be able to withstand the charms of both the store and his significant other's requests. Definitely rude. Brought my best friend in this store and my 11 year old. My son wasn't running around he was just sitting on a bench inside the store. He is well behaved and haven't had any issues with him in other stores. The lady in the store was rude and yelled at me when I attempted to go into the lingerie section saying she "doesn't babysit".. I asked my son to come over as I was going to have him stand within sight so I would be able to look at the items and she again rudely yelled at me that no one under 18 was allowed in that area even tho I wasn't planning on having him go in with me. Annoyed at the fact that she was just plain and simple being petty and rude I left the store. My friend stayed behind as she was allowed to go into the lingerie area and as she left the store the lady there was talking crap about me to her and telling her she couldn't understand why people get so upset... we get upset because you're rude. The fact that she was able to talk about me behind my back to another customer is the main reason why my friend and I will rather go else where. I was looking for items for a pin up photography session that I'm having soon and that store would've been perfect minus the horrible attitude of the lady at the store. They will never have my business and I will never recommend them to anyone. I'd rather pay double than go into that store. read more

I love this shop! Vintage reproduction sizing can be hard, a lot of the brands run small and right as you think you've got it and you'll order big, you run across a brand that runs big. Online shopping can be so frustrating. Amore is brimming with all of the precious pieces and they encourage you to try everything on. Audrey was so helpful and was helping my sister and I in and out of the dresses (I may or may not have gotten stuck in one). I have a huge vintage and vintage reproduction clothing collection and Amore really carries excellent quality brands. They have a sister store full of purses and pinup bags right down the street. Really great taste and wonderful ladies working here. We will be back to see Audrey again! read more

This shop deserves no stars! I stopped in this store while shopping with a friend and my 16 year old daughter. They had a few dresses in the window that we wanted to take a look at. We where there a few minutes when the sales clerk sitting behind the counter loudly asks my daughter if she is over 18. My daughter says no and the clerk says rudely "Well then you can't go through that doorway there are sex toys in there." My daughter, turning red, turns around and says "Oh okay". The rude lady goes on to say "There are dildos....anal beads and butt plugs oh and lots of floggers!" I quickly put my arm around my daughter and ushered her out the door. My friend, still inside asked the woman if that was really necessary? The woman just smiled at my friend and she left. The 18+ area of the store is entered just by walking through a doorway....no curtain or anything. A small 8x11 size sign that says you have to be 18+ is located near the ceiling. If you have a restricted area I suggest a rope or curtain to separate it from the general area. The woman working should be fired for her vulgarity in front of a minor and general lack of class and humanity. read more
