Through a pandemic, through potty training, challenging behavior years and more. My daughters were beyond prepared for their kindergarten year both socially and academically and scored well above benchmarks. We return every year for summer camp without any consideration as the teachers have become incredibly important staples in my daughters lives. We recommend Golden Meadow to anyone who expresses challenges with their present childcare provider as well as new families who are nervous about enrolling somewhere for the first time.

My daughter has been going here for a year and we absolutely love it. She started in the toddlers…read moreclassroom with Ms. Yaneth who is PHENOMENAL. My daughter loved her, got very attached to her and learned so much in that classroom. When she turned two in May she transferred to the 2-s classroom and we never thought there could be another teacher as good as Ms. Yaneth but low and behold we got Ms. Miki who is equally as amazing. SUPER sweet, and every time I pick up my daughter she doesn't even want to come home! And Ms. Miki gives me such a good report on her day and keeps me aware of issues we have discussed (not daycare related, things like how I want her to eat more but not certain things, etc.). These teachers become like family and I have not seen a SINGLE teacher leave, they have zero to low turnover. And the Director, Ms. Amy is so wonderful to work with. She always says hi and I feel so comfortable going to her with any concerns. What sold me on this particular center though, was when I enrolled my daughter my biggest concern was her transition since she had been at home with a nanny for 16 months and most daycare Directors would brush off that fear and say "oh don't worry she'll adjust." But Amy came up with a week long transition plan to have me in the classroom with her a few hours a day and extending my daughters time in the classroom without me day by day. It was such a great transition. For about one month she would cry at dropoff (and stop crying by the time I had walked out of the building) and ever since then when I drop her off I have to chase her to hug me and give me a kiss goodbye! If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a THING. Love my KinderCare family.

I genuinely trust the staff at this facility to give quality care for my son because they've never shown me any reason to believe otherwise. Full time daycare is going to be expensive regardless but this daycare also has some of the most reasonable fees I've seen in the area. What's most important to me is that my child is safe and happy, and I am assured of that through the kindercare app every day after dropping my son off. Love this place, love the teachers, love the activities. I would absolutely recommend the Leesburg Kindercare to friends and family.

Making the decision about where to educate our precious children is one of the most profoundly…read moreimportant parts of being a parent. Our goal was to have our daughter in a place where she would love being just as much as she does our home, and where she would develop academically and emotionally without the stress of repeated assessments. Our desires for her have been met and have been exceeded in ways we never dreamed they would. To explain the beauty of VMS is impossible to do in a short review and yet it's quite simple; the school is a place of peace. Some concepts are only understood when they are experienced first-hand. Come see the way the children operate like a well-oiled machine, how the teachers are keen observers who gently guide when they meet in small groups and individually with children and how they facilitate peaceful interactions between even the youngest children. Come see the carefully planned, stimulating environment which encourages creative learning and freedom of choice within a structure specific to each child. Walk the grounds and breathe in the air of the field, around the lake, in the garden and in the forest habitat beside the school. My truest, most heartfelt desire is that our country would experience this type of educational structure for the well-being of our children. Maria Montessori would be proud to know her legacy is being honored by Village Montessori School at Bluemont.

The entire staff is child-focused and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. The setup of the campus is nothing short of incredible. The children are given so many experiences they could never have inside of a "regular" classroom. The whole-life teachings are truly the way I wish all education would be designed. The empowerment, life skills, and sense of self your child will gain from this environment will benefit them even more as they get older. The elementary children are given even more opportunities to blossom with school plays, field trips, and maximizing their developing intellect to create "joyful scholars". Additionally smaller class sizes allow the children to be able to investigate and subject more deeply so they gain mastery of a concept as opposed to just a basic understanding. The staff is also very open to questions and brainstorming sessions to secure an environment for your chid to flourish. The kind, knowledgeable, and warm way in which they interact with students and parents alike is a beautiful example for any education system. I have 3 children who have attended Montessori programs spanning nearly 20 years- this school is the very best and I am so grateful to have found it.
