Placed yet another order and got the exact same result. Order 4 items, got 3. When I complained, I was told to go send it all back & then GO AWAY. This organization has NO skills at customer support and frankly (in my opinion) could care less! Twice is enough. I get the damn message. They are completely incompetent by any "normal" standard, period! That's where you pay and get what you paid for on time. My recommendation is to deal with some organization that is both competent & gives a damn. This one does NEITHER. Currently, they use Paypal which will not help you with problems in the slightest. What really pisses these boys off is any complaint whatsoever ... They'll either ignore you or tell you where to go! BUT that is not the biggest point. Their products/tubes are NOT made to MIL-SPEC. They are neither perfectly straight or not perfectly round. Remember they are just made for BEATING in Freeze Plugs & not much more. They do NOT claim to be MIL-SPEC. Take the hint. Don't waste you money on this rather "hyped up" good looking "solvent" containers. They cost me a bundle for a rather substandard outcome. Marketing is just another name for Bull Sh*T. And one of their owners is a professional marketer. In my opinion, a better name would be Pecker's RipOff. "Discount" they are NOT. They have the most expensive junk in this market place. Poor customer service, they would not reply to emails or give order information over the phone. On the website in big bold letters they promised shipping within seven days however after 10 days my order has not shipped. They would not respond to an email requesting a refund, so I reported them to my credit card company, who issued me a refund while they investigate. I would not trust or recommend them to anyone. read more

1 star because 0 star isn't an option. I ordered 176.94 dollars in items from this business and it's been almost two months. They dont answer their phone, they wont answer emails and my tracking number shows my package was never even given to USPS. This company is a company of THEIVES and they will only steal your money and leave you to try and find anyway of reaching people to warn them about this pathetic company. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and if that doesnt work I'm going to the FTC. Terrible Terrible Terrible company. Been 142 days since placing my order and have yet to receive anything. Not even a response email to my 4 ive sent them. Everything on their website is sold out. I am assuming they went out of business or some legal crap. Nonetheless they need to contact their customers to explain the situation. I placed my order BEFORE they posted any wait time. Horrible experience. Spent $160.00 for the ultra c kit. After waiting forever to receive the kit I am very disappointed. Absolute garbage!! The end cap threads are so poor it's impossible to screw it into the tube that comes in the kit. The barrel threaded end is fine on both sides of the tube. The end cap doesn't fit either side. Can't call. They have no number on the web site. Emailed customer service. After a couple weeks they send an end cap for a D kit?? Wow? Hoping to to get the correct cap, but looks bad. Thinking of doing an un boxing recreation on U tube. The kit is not worth even $50.00, but wth no end cap it's worthless. Garbage quality No customer service read more

Ordered the fish stuff three weeks ago. No email response and no telephone. You can't leave feedback; because there is no spot for it. Yet the feedback is randomized by the computer. Defies logic on why someone would want to order from this place; other than to get their name on yet another list. I give a negative -10. Prepper's Discount DO NOT waste your time or money on these scam artists. All of the reviews you read about these guys are spot on. I gave them a try to find out for myself. Order simple parts that were in stock, took over 30 days to get anything even though they posted up tracking number 2 days from order. Order arrives and not all of the parts are there, even had a note stating the order is short and we will send missing parts. Over 60 days no parts. They do not and will not answer any of your emails. Opened PayPal dispute and Prepper's Discount responded right away on a weekend. They want you to cancel dispute before they will help you and PayPal doesn't care about anything and will be in favor of the sellers. These guys will take your money. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I understand their products are great, but I had a simple question about shipping. They don't even offer a phone number to call, so I had to email them. They responded in a somewhat timely manner, but were very rude. Ordered payment received by seller on April 1st. Noticed their "disclaimer" on the site that went up on the 14th of April that there would be a 45+ delay on "certain products", none of which I purchased. After 60 days I emailed them asking about my order not having parts that they indicated were taking longer to "produce". No questions ever answered. After 100 days I emailed them explaining I would be expecting a refund and to pay no re-stocking fee if they couldn't even tell me how far along my order was. No response. Escalated a dispute with PayPal, just to have documented evidence I was contacting them and being super nice and respectful. After another 20 days I gave up and finalized the PayPal dispute - after two weeks PayPal ruled in my favor and I got back the hundreds of dollars I was hoping to spend on a good product. I should have read the reviews here first. Seems the company may have had some trouble recently but in the end not responding at all to my repeated attempts at resolution was far too terrible for me to ever reccomend them or buy anything from them. The worst part is the whole time I was getting their stupid newsletter about ongoing sales yet they couldn't have said, "Hey, we are working on it sorry, would you like a refund instead?" No they just take your money - put up a disclaimer about how they hate customers complaining about their lack of service on their site and call it good. read more
