When you commit to providing a report within 24 to 48 hours because it's a stat order, and then you don't provide that it's incredibly stressful for someone dealing with cancer. Not having your reports in a timely fashion for a doctors appointment makes the appointment almost useless. My August scan took a week to get back, the report was not complete, my doctor's office requested that it be read again and it never was submitted Finally, at the beginning of October, we had to call in and speak to a radiologist to get the report. If you have any idea how much stress that adds to somebody's cancer, Journey, you would commit to doing better. Being behind because you're short staffed is no excuse when that's been going on for over six months. With the money you're raking in, you should be able to staff well enough to give people the reports in a timely fashion.

The licensee's name is LOU ROBESKY. The manager was quite sympathetic and promised to take "remedial action." I have no idea if it did any good, because the "croaker" is one of two mammographers scheduled for tomorrow, when I have my next appointment. I have medicare and an excellent supplement. I asked what I am receiving for $1000.00. The same thing that I was getting for the last 25-30 years for no additional fee. There is a lot of competition. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process, which helped ease my anxiety about the exams. Like many imaging centers, they collect payment upfront, but they provided a clear cost estimate. After my insurance claim was processed, the amount I owed matched the estimate exactly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend SMIL to others.

As I'm driving across town from downtown Phoenix location to the Scottsdale location. I call on my way to confirm my appointment and let them know that it looks like I'll be 1 minute late. When I arrive at the Scottsdale location the person that checks me in tells me there's nobody before me and I should be called up shortly. A minute later or less her coworker lets me know that there is someone already "on the table" the appointment after mine, and that I will have to wait another 20 minutes, waited 25. They need to work on communication and wait times are terrible. Then they called me in and the Tech asked me why I was late! Terrible experience!

I've only ever had two staff members draw my blood, both of them have been efficient, pleasant and enjoyable. It's easy to park and get into their office and they have live local people who answer the phone when you call customer service, which I also appreciate. I usually book my own labs directly on their website, which is easy to navigate and also to download results from. They usually have some kind of monthly discount special also for cash pay clients. I would choose to have my blood drawn here over any other lab I've ever been to in my 40+ years on this earth.
