I've been going to their Visialia, CA (FHCN) location for years--with no complaints--until the company changed hands. Then all of a sudden my appointment had to be rescheduled twice. Ok, no problem. When I finally got in I got such a grossly unprofessional mammographer --came across as an inebriate, spoke with a croaking/shouting voice, had horrible hygiene--that I rushed home to locate and email the manager in AZ. The licensee's name is LOU ROBESKY. The manager was quite sympathetic and promised to take "remedial action." I have no idea if it did any good, because the "croaker" is one of two mammographers scheduled for tomorrow, when I have my next appointment. I already told FHCN that when I call in the morning to see if she'll be the one on duty, I'll cancel and reschedule! read more

I put the 1 star for Patricia who completed the imaging. She was picking her nose while I was filling out paper work, she was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. The way she spoke to me about certain topics was not appropriate. I will be asking my doctor to send me to another Women's imaging for my annual. Patricia should not be working with the public. I have never been so uncomfortable in front of a professional before. read more

I came for my mammogram which had my Dr referral. Once I was in the gown, the tech said they needed a diagnostic code. My Dr had only referred or screening and they wanted full. She was on the phone with her "boss" and then she was calling my Dr to get the correct code. The tech said I could come back later in the day and they would have it by then. I called before closing to see if I could run over. Did they have the new code. They had no idea what I was talking about. And I should call my Dr on Monday!! You have NO IDEA how hard it was for me to get up the courage to go in. My husband was in surgery when I went in, but I didn't want to cancel as I had to once before. What bothered me most was they couldn't care less I will never go back there and made an appointment at another place read more

I had been using Assured Imaging for over 5 years in Scottsdale, and they were amazing when I first started using them, but the last 2 years have been a nightmare. Their billing is an absolute mess. I have to get an ultrasound in addition to the regular mammogram, which I'm balanced billed for and instead of sending me a bill they immediately send it to Americollect, which is a debt collector. In March I had opted to have the additional AI screen, which cost an additional amount and I paid that at the time of my screen. I then get a bill from Americollect. I've emailed Assured Imaging and called them but have never received a follow up call or email. That's not the worst. Instead of CALLING me after something suspicious showed up on my mammogram and ultrasound they send a LETTER through the mail to recommend a biopsy, which was about 2 weeks after my screenings. However, the Scottsdale location no longer does biopsies. I have since changed to SMIL, which have been amazing to work with. I was just diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer and have since had a double mastectomy. Assured Imaging should be ashamed of their delayed communication with me regarding something so important as getting immediate treatment to a life-threatening disease. read more

This is the best place for thorough 3D breast imaging. The office is relaxing and comfortable, and they make you feel at home. I've been going here for years, and I've never had to wait with anyone else in the waiting room. In other words, they schedule comfortably spaced appointments. The receptionist and imaging specialist are calm, caring and professional women, and they even give you a flower when you're done. The Staff are very nice but, it takes WAY too long to for results - especially, if you are very worried, they just don't seem to care. Over a week for results of a test are too long. read more

When you have a health scare and you need to get a mammogram it can be a very scary thing. I am so thankful to have found this Assuredimaging. The staff was so nice. The tech who assisted me was so kind and respectful. It can be nervous to stand in a room ready to show your tatas in front of a lady you do not know but my technician was wonderful. She has been in this industry for years and it shows. The respectfulness from her meant so much to me. Trust me your tatas are put in some weird machines and you feel uncomfortable but my tech was funny and helped me feel at peace. Especially when you are unsure about the outcome. The place is nice and relaxing with comfortable changing rooms. Plus you get sent home with a beautiful rose. read more

This office, after 3 weeks, requested that I return for additional screening. They notified my Dr on a Thursday. When I called to make a follow appointmen, I found out that Assured is CLOSED on Fridays. I will have to wait until Monday to speak to them. I asked to be seen at a different location and was informed that they only have 1 office in Phoenix, but I could drive to Tucson. I never would have selected this company if I realized they had such limited presence or availabilit. Why would a company cause someone extra anxiety by creating all of this delay? This is a terrible way to provide healthcare. I will not be returning. read more

Is there no way to leave zero stars! Holy moly-this is one of the most incompetent medical offices I have ever visited. I have been going there for five years for a mammogram and follow-up ultrasound. Yesterday, they announced that they have no records AT ALL for me for the last five years of ultrasounds and had the audacity to tell me that I was basically imagining that I had ultrasounds. They also told me that the doctor who had done my ultrasounds, Zandra Nocera, was only "working from home" now, but would be in touch with me if I needed an ultrasounds. I called to speak with the medical director of Assured Imaging. Last evening, someone called me from Assured Imaging and when I asked if she was the director, she replied, "Well, I'm not sure what I am at this point." I told her the circumstances and she said that Dr. Nocera had quit and that she didn't know why. I told this person at Assured Imaging that I would be notifying my gynocologist, Dr. Deborah Wilson, of what had happened. Dr. Deborah Wilson is the one who referred me to Assured Imaging. Now I will never trust Assured Imaging for any reason ever. They lied to me about Dr. Nocera "working from home". Why would they do that when clearly she had quit, according to the "director" at Assured Imaging. BEWARE of this place. read more

I went in for my annual mammogram and it was a breeze. The new office is clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating; professional and friendly. There was hardly any wait time. The technician, who was so caring, answered all my questions and told me about the new 3D breast imaging and advised me to contact my doctor about getting it. I'm writing to update my three-star review from 6/20/20. At that time I had received a confusing letter from Assured Imaging. Assured Imaging seemed unaware that they had my records from past years; they were also unclear as to whether I needed further imaging and, if I did, what further imagining would be needed and why. I have since received a second letter saying that Assured Imaging had looked at my past exams and that I should come in for further imaging. I delayed scheduling an appointment for a couple of days and have now received a phone call to say that everything's fine - no need for further imaging! I was told that the second letter was "a reminder letter." When I asked what the letter was supposed to remind me of, the woman on the phone didn't have an answer. When I asked her to whom I could write a letter or email of complaint about these incorrect and scary letters, she also seemed confused. She kept repeating, in a condescending tone, that the letters were automatically generated and that this was Assured Imaging's system. We've left it that her supervisor will call me tomorrow. So: if you want to get bad information slowly, go to Assured Imaging. read more

Assured Imaging totally messed up my mammogram results. I made sure that they received my previous mammogram images from Simonmed before my appointment and again when I was there. They called two weeks after my mammogram to say that I needed repeat images of my right breast. They said they didn't have my previous mammogram to compare it to. I informed them of my previous mammogram imaging again and they called back a few days later that they received them. They informed me that a new radiologist would do the comparison. I wanted the original radiologist to compare them since she was the one to find the problem in the first place. That wasn't their policy, she was too busy. They would call again in a few days. They never called! That's when I finally called my Gynocologist. She called back a few hours later. Assured Imaging finally sent the results. A few days after that, a women called from the Assured Imaging Tucson office to apologize. She said they never received the previous images because of computer problems. Obviously she never read my file! They are disorganized and do not communicate! I just received another call from Assured Imaging stating that all was well!, Unbelievable! I will NEVER go back there again! read more

I have been going here every year for three years. This year I had a call back to check an area they were concerned about. Scheduled me in the next day, even tho they were full. They did another 3d image of R breast and an ultra sound and spoke with Dr Nocera. I'm all clear ! As always they are professional and warm. No long waiting time either. Dr. Nocera and her staff are the BEST. They are friendly, warm and professional, and they treat me like a family member. I had a biopsy done yesterday, and all the fears associated with 'biopsy' and pain went out the window. I felt nothing after the Lidocaine was injected. They put me at total ease and I felt comfortable. I got in right away - no long office wait - and I was out in no time. Thank you Dr. Nocera and your amazing staff for taking good care of me.
