Or instead you can go to Northwestern where they tack on fees left and right and make you wait for weeks for your results and then multiple appointments later plus the stress of waiting and you've already likely paid the $390 anyway in co-pays and fees cause insurance is BS. I started at NW and had months of stress and appointments. Never again. The piece of mind is worth every penny. Do it. Trust me.

She said there might be an 11 and another receptionist chimed in and said if she doesn't come between 10.45 and 11 you can have that appointment. I waited and went to the desk, it was 11.02 and someone walked in and checked in. I asked if I can still have the 11, she said that the appointment came and I can't. I asked why her previous statement did not apply and she remarked I didn't even have an appointment. Overall this was a very unnerving and unprofessional experience. If someone in their office makes an error they should own up to it instead of deflecting accountability. Hopefully Illinois Masonic will yield better experiences in the future.

The sonographer explained everything clearly, was patient when our little one decided to hide, and made sure we left with plenty of amazing pictures and videos. We loved that GoldenView offers DNA gender testing--finding out our baby's gender early added even more excitement to our pregnancy journey! They also have the cutest heartbeat animals, which makes for a precious keepsake. Upon arriving at the facility for my scheduled time, I was informed my appointment had been arbitrarily canceled. I received absolutely no prior notification of this cancellation--no phone calls, no voicemails, no text messages, and no emails. When I asked for an explanation, the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude, dismissive, and defensive. She falsely claimed they had attempted to contact me, and when pressed on why the booking agent didn't communicate any issues or requirements during the initial call, she simply passed the blame to their "call center." The total lack of internal communication between their booking team and the actual facility is staggering. Combined with the unprofessional, unapologetic attitude of the on-site staff, it shows a complete disregard for patient time and care. Do not book here unless you are prepared to show up to a canceled appointment and be treated poorly for asking why.
