So after listening to my wife complain about the mildew on my porch, steps and siding on the north side of the house I decided to look for a power washing man and found Carl from premium powerwashers so I called him. After talking with him it seemed that he knew what he was talking about so I decided to schedule him. I was surprised that he scheduled me for the very next day because during our conversation he bragged about how busy he was. On the day of the power washing Carl showed up late at 8:05am when he was scheduled for 8:00am but that didn't bother me much except that he sat in his truck which seemed to appear as if he lived out of it "there was empty food boxes and wrappers everywhere" and decided to have a cream cheese bagel and coffee for another half hour while gawking at my neighbors fishing boat which he has on a trailer in his driveway. At about 8:35 Carl finally started power washing my steps and I kindly asked if he would like a bottle of water and he said yes "oh gawd, what a mistake that was" because he knocked on my door 4 more times and asked for a bottle of water when the job in total probably only took 1.5 hrs. When he finished and I went to pay him I saw that he had all 5 bottles of water on his front seat unopened very interesting to say the least !! I then asked him a few basic questions and he told me that he didn't have time to answer questions for someone that doesn't know what they are talking about and that was hurtful. The job came out pretty good but I have seen better, but as long as my wife who doesn't know the difference is happy that's all that matters. Basically Carl is POS but a good guy. I called Premium powerwashing and received a quote for the work I needed done. All was well until the day of service. Carl showed up bright and early and ate a BEC (bacon egg & cheese) in front of my house as he stared at me through my Bayview window. After about 15 minutes and feeling a bit uneasy, I cautiously approached Carl's truck. As I looked inside Carl's truck, it looked like a hoarder lived inside. The back seat was loaded with wrappers and papers. I saw multiple cheeze itz boxes, devil dog wrappers, and a domino pizza box. I even saw a large hubcap protruding from the mess. It looked like a hubcap for a monster truck. Oh my gawd!!! Horrified, I ran back into my house as fast as I could. This must have been a sight because I had on my favorite pajamas. In the process, I wound up smashing my toe on my front stoop. The toe right next to my big toe! On my foot, that is my longest toe. At this point, I'm laid out half inside my front door and half out, rithing in pain with my slippers on the front lawn. Carl sure was scary. Carl came on time for the estimate and showed up on time to do the job. He power washed our house and vinyl fence to the pristine white it was before dirt and algae stained it.
