They are out of business.... Was happy with them and their products ( CBD), but customer service was always lacking read more

I have been a customer for many years. When I got an email stating they were shutting down at the end of this month, I decided to stock up. So I placed an order two weeks ago. It never shipped. The phone number they give does not work and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AN EMAIL! I cannot even cancel the order unless they read the damned email! I found another company and will try their product. I was always happy with the product from PJ but this behavior is inexcusable! Apparently the ONLY think working on their site is their useless AI assistant. And IF that charge ever hits my cc I will be disputing it with my bank. read more

I have been ordering from this company for a few years. Orders are always filled promptly, and the products are of consistently high quality. I wait for their frequent sales specials to stock up. Highly recommended. read more

They take my money every 2 weeks for the subscription and don't send any product. I'm out over $500 from this company. They will not talk to you on the phone, you just get a recording to email them to which they never respond to even resending the message several times. read more

I ordered and paid for a Premium Jane product a full month ago. I have not received the product and the company does not respond to my attempts to contact them. Stay away from this company. Order from businesses that are reliable and trustworthy unlike Premium Jane. read more

Ordered on 9/23/24. My credit card was charged. I have not received my order. It says processing. No explanation or refund.that I have requested. Multiple phone calls. No result. They must be in trouble or just don't care. Do not take any chances read more

I received my gummies after almost a month backorder. I agree with others that this is totally not acceptable. However, the actual quality and potency of gummies IS good. They do work and they are stronger than another company I tried. However, at $55 a bottle (and now they are 30 gummies online for that price, and I paid the same to only get 20...?) and their customer service issues I'll probably shop somewhere else next time. Also: I'm pretty sure the reviews on their product pages are fake because if you make an account, you actually don't have an option to leave a review. So... where the heck did those reviews come from? ‍ read more

Received my product in 3 days. Both the mint and citrus taste great. I think I like the citrus best. Love this brand so far. I can already tell it's helping with my anxiety. read more

Tried to purchase CBD soft gels from Premium Jane. They were quick to process my credit card, but it took about two weeks to ship the order. Efforts to contact the company via their contact information is a joke. Neither phone or email could prompt a response until after a call to the Arizona State Attorney's office. The company is registered in Arizona even though there is no mention of that fact on their product labeling. Use Plane Jane if you must, just be cautious and expect very poor customer service. Moreover, this company and its website are extremely similar to Pure Kana to the point that you may question whether they are the same company or not. Even their pricing is the same. read more

I made an order and received it very quick. But looking at the package I knew it was to small. I was missing 2 of the bath bombs. Called customer service, the women was rude, could not find my order or me using email, phone address even gave her the USPS tracking number nothing. Said she was escalating it and I would get a call. 3 days later nothing but funny thing they are emailing me specials. Humm. read more

This review ONLY relates to ordering and shipping/delivery. I haven't actually tried the product as I just received it today. HOWEVER, that being said, I ordered my product on Wednesday, February 6th and received it on Saturday, February 9th and I live in Florida. I had it delivered to my office and we're closed on the weekend, hence the reason I say I received it today. I got delivery confirmation on Saturday though, so it only took 3 days to receive it. It was packaged very securely and the box the product comes in is in perfect condition. I'll submit another review after I've tried my product. I'm giving them 5 stars for super quick processing and shipping! read more

I have trouble sleeping and tried the mango berry CBD gummies. They were pretty effective at helping me sleep but I didn't really like the texture. Maybe it's because they're vegan. A shame, because I did sleep much better. read more

I had a similar experience with this "company"; they took my money and failed to send product. All emails went unanswered and a message left on their Instagram account asking them to DM me or answer my emails was deleted - along with *another* purchaser's similar comment, complaining about the theft of their $$ as well. This company has no FB presence or client comments on their IG feed. From the experience and lack of customer service, this appears to be a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY! I am attempting to dispute this charge via my bank. I found several reviews from online sites who say they'd tried the product and recommended it, but can now only think that perhaps that was just fluff marketing. read more

I paid over $100 for 1,000mg of CBD oil and received 600mg of so-called CBD Oil that is clear and not all seemingly authentic whatsoever. I called them minutes after I received this and got a recording to leave a message. No one called back. I called again the next day and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. I emailed them from their site and sent 2 more emails from my personal email. Again, no answer. I have disputed with my bank but is taking a while due to (I believe) they called and "warned me" that the charge is coming out of Great Britain. My response was that I did make the transaction and that it is alright, that I researched this company first. Well, as it pans out this so-called company is slicker than the so-called CBD oil they are hustling. Also, the top of the box had a little tear and the box was NOT under "Seal" and I am not certain the bottle was unopened. They finally sent an email to me requesting a photo. I did that. The next day, they send another email stating they have a "30 day" return policy and to return the product. I replied to this email requesting a PRE-PAID label via email. Haven't heard from these scammers since. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM, GOOD LUCK. I should have taken the hint from my bank!! read more

I have had the same experience and wish I'd seen this before placing my order. It has been a month and order just in "processing" status. No responses to my emails as well. read more

Order placed. Received a blank receipt. Waited a few days. Followed up and was given the back order story within a few minutes of my email. Asked for cancellation and immediate refund. No response. Waited awhile and reiterated what I wanted. Received tracking number. Have been told refund is issued, but will still receive item since it has already shipped. To be clear- no refund has been received and shipping was created but the item hasn't been sent to the post office to actually be shipped. I find it funny that I received a back order response but the other reviewer ordered a few days after me and received immediately within 3 days countering all of these "I never received the item" reviews. But they were on backorder Will process a chargeback and file complaints everywhere I can because other sites are actively promo'ing them and they aren't doing honest business at all. Updated- I received a notification of refund and the product so they fulfilled what they said they would do. Haven't tried the product yet- but did want to update to say customer service followed through and I do appreciate that. Not sure if the company is so new that they have issues or if I was just lucky. Not sure I would feel comfortable re-ordering in the future. read more

I placed an order on 1/22/19. The order has still not been received. I called them and was told there was a back order and it would be shipped "early next week". I also received an email stating the same. After a few days there was still no tracking or shipping notice provided, so I called and emailed the company and have received no response. I do not feel too optimistic that I will ever receive the CBD gummies. Internet reviews were positive, but now I wonder if they were legitimate reviews. I have asked for a refund three times, but again...no response. I will file a dispute with my bank. read more

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They've posted fake articles about the quality of their products, taken my money and failed to communicate with me or send me any sort of product information with regards to my order. Website looks legitimate but DON'T trust it. They've picked up my call once and said "management was not in the office yet so they couldn't help me" I never heard back from them!!! IT IS A SCAM. read more
