I received my gummies after almost a month backorder. I agree with others that this is totally not acceptable. However, the actual quality and potency of gummies IS good. They do work and they are stronger than another company I tried. However, at $55 a bottle (and now they are 30 gummies online for that price, and I paid the same to only get 20...?) and their customer service issues I'll probably shop somewhere else next time. Tried to purchase CBD soft gels from Premium Jane. They were quick to process my credit card, but it took about two weeks to ship the order. Efforts to contact the company via their contact information is a joke. Neither phone or email could prompt a response until after a call to the Arizona State Attorney's office. The company is registered in Arizona even though there is no mention of that fact on their product labeling. Use Plane Jane if you must, just be cautious and expect very poor customer service. Moreover, this company and its website are extremely similar to Pure Kana to the point that you may question whether they are the same company or not. Even their pricing is the same. read more

Called customer service, the women was rude, could not find my order or me using email, phone address even gave her the USPS tracking number nothing. This review ONLY relates to ordering and shipping/delivery. I haven't actually tried the product as I just received it today. HOWEVER, that being said, I ordered my product on Wednesday, February 6th and received it on Saturday, February 9th and I live in Florida. I had it delivered to my office and we're closed on the weekend, hence the reason I say I received it today. I got delivery confirmation on Saturday though, so it only took 3 days to receive it. It was packaged very securely and the box the product comes in is in perfect condition. I'll submit another review after I've tried my product. I had a similar experience with this "company"; they took my money and failed to send product. All emails went unanswered and a message left on their Instagram account asking them to DM me or answer my emails was deleted - along with *another* purchaser's similar comment, complaining about the theft of their $$ as well. This company has no FB presence or client comments on their IG feed. From the experience and lack of customer service, this appears to be a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY! I am attempting to dispute this charge via my bank. I paid over $100 for 1,000mg of CBD oil and received 600mg of so-called CBD Oil that is clear and not all seemingly authentic whatsoever. I called them minutes after I received this and got a recording to leave a message. No one called back. I called again the next day and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. I emailed them from their site and sent 2 more emails from my personal email. Again, no answer. I have disputed with my bank but is taking a while due to (I believe) they called and "warned me" that the charge is coming out of Great Britain. My response was that I did make the transaction and that it is alright, that I researched this company first. Well, as it pans out this so-called company is slicker than the so-called CBD oil they are hustling. Also, the top of the box had a little tear and the box was NOT under "Seal" and I am not certain the bottle was unopened. They finally sent an email to me requesting a photo. I did that. The next day, they send another email stating they have a "30 day" return policy and to return the product. I replied to this email requesting a PRE-PAID label via email. Order placed. Received a blank receipt. Waited a few days. Followed up and was given the back order story within a few minutes of my email. Asked for cancellation and immediate refund. No response. Waited awhile and reiterated what I wanted. Received tracking number. Have been told refund is issued, but will still receive item since it has already shipped. To be clear- no refund has been received and shipping was created but the item hasn't been sent to the post office to actually be shipped. I find it funny that I received a back order response but the other reviewer ordered a few days after me and received immediately within 3 days countering all of these "I never received the item" reviews. But they were on backorder Will process a chargeback and file complaints everywhere I can because other sites are actively promo'ing them and they aren't doing honest business at all. Updated- I received a notification of refund and the product so they fulfilled what they said they would do. Haven't tried the product yet- but did want to update to say customer service followed through and I do appreciate that. I also received an email stating the same. After a few days there was still no tracking or shipping notice provided, so I called and emailed the company and have received no response.
