Two people came and spent less than 3 hrs each. This was their second visit. On the first visit, there were a few issues, but I thought I could work with them. I showed a specific area under a scale and on a desk left untouched. The second visit, I hoped would be improved. At eye level, everything looked clean. I looked under the scale we had talked about...dust remained. The floors were washed as expected, except nothing was touched that wouldn't be extraordinarily obvious. The outside of my staircase railing, the space under clocks, desks, lower window sills, cobwebs on legs of furniture, etc. we're left untouched. The price tag, approximately $80 to $90 per hour. Don't fall for the "house price", get an hourly rate for cleaning. Photos are a few examples of what was left behind. I have many more. On the bright side, Rosy did offer to return and make things right, but I took a pass. I would prefer a company that cleaned properly the first time and didn't need instructions.

When I finally heard a response, they asked us for a higher price. We have continued to use them for over a year and this is how they treat their most loyal customers? Edit (1/15/2023): if you read her response below, she never addresses their tendency to cancel the morning of, without responding to when they can reschedule. That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism. Not cleaning the place well because they have to use vinegar is one thing, but setting improper expectations and frequently canceling is another.

They arrived 1 hr earlier than the agreed upon time, took their time cleaning (I found them sitting around chatting), and when I confronted them about the speed of their work, they said they were here early and blamed my house for being too big. Afterwards I was informed by Yulissa that the cleaners claimed I agreed to a 4 hr cleaning when I said no such thing. Their cleaning however was decent, and after confronted, very speedy and efficient. Price is also some of the best that I could find. Give this place a try, but be prepared to supervise the cleaners closely.
