He misrepresented financial details on the seller's side, which caused us to lose money. He claimed he never spoke to the buyer, but later admitted he talked to their assistant -- a misleading and dishonest move. He also gossiped about our family's private matters to the title company and to other agents, which was confirmed by staff at the title company. I even shared highly sensitive medical information with him in confidence, and I now believe he shared it with others, despite me asking him not to. This could be a HIPAA violation. He inserted himself into business that didn't involve him, yelled at me during the sale, and told me I "would be paying Diamond" -- a situation that was between him and another agent, not me. Diamond and I had a professional relationship, and he had no reason to interfere. He was often unavailable unless there was something in it for him, and he clearly gossiped about us to others throughout the process. Another agent he worked with even mentioned he was talking behind our backs. It was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I will be filing a formal complaint with the real estate licensing board as well. If you want an agent who advocates for YOU, respects your privacy, and keeps it professional -- look elsewhere.

While the management staff was always friendly they seemed to have their hands tied in actually repairing appliances or a/c units. The neighbors mostly leave one another alone; but many of the children continuously use racial epithets and vulgarities in a very uninviting manner. Finally to the househould who was continually smoking weed and letting it vent through your chimney: The whole building can smell it. Rent here if you're "about that life" and don't mind. Don't rent here if you don't want your toddler to pick up choice 4 letter words.
