Working with Ladarrius was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. I'm one of the heirs to a family home he helped list and sell in Marion County, and from the beginning, he was dishonest, untrustworthy, and completely inappropriate.
He misrepresented financial details on the seller's side, which caused us to lose money. He claimed he never spoke to the buyer, but later admitted he talked to their assistant -- a misleading and dishonest move. He also gossiped about our family's private matters to the title company and to other agents, which was confirmed by staff at the title company. I even shared highly sensitive medical information with him in confidence, and I now believe he shared it with others, despite me asking him not to. This could be a HIPAA violation.
He inserted himself into business that didn't involve him, yelled at me during the sale, and told me I "would be paying Diamond" -- a situation that was between him and another agent, not me. Diamond and I had a professional relationship, and he had no reason to interfere.
He was often unavailable unless there was something in it for him, and he clearly gossiped about us to others throughout the process. Another agent he worked with even mentioned he was talking behind our backs.
It was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I will be filing a formal complaint with the real estate licensing board as well. If you want an agent who advocates for YOU, respects your privacy, and keeps it professional -- look elsewhere. read more
