The Staff has always been very nice an helpful in every way they can. In May 2019 when high winds of 80 miles per hour came through Longview and the property I was living in was struck by a tree which destroyed the roof. Premiere was very helpful, Bri, and Donnie came by to make sure I was ok. Bri, had me in another property within two days to my satisfaction. Every time I have had to call for a maintenance request or anything it has been taken care of with in 24 hours. Bri, Jessica, and Donnie are a pleasure to work with on any occasion.

When viewing the property before renting, I was on time but rushed through the viewing because she only had 10 minutes to show the property... she had plans and made it clear that it was an inconvenience to have to show me the house. And dont even think about putting in a work order if something goes wrong with the property... the house will flood or cave in before this company helps you get it fixed, if they even contact you back at all. I was told we couldn't contact the property owner, everything had to go through them. Advised them in October 2018 the hardwood floors were warping. Contacted them on and off for 11 months. I've seen them straight rob my neighbor out of $4,500 to fix their roof that was already caving in. They threatened her with an eviction if she didn't pay. She had paid a year in advance. They did everything they could to keep that money, make her pay for roof repairs from their discussing rentals and kept ALL of her money. If you dare to dance with these greedy devils be prepared for bugs, mold, theft, threats of eviction for repair. Best do mark EVERYTHING on the walk through list (if they even do it). Tale your move in pictures and move out pictures to CYA. I had to fight them because they bought a property I was in. Luckily, my lease was coming up and I got as far away from them as possible. Years later when I went to purchase my home, I found out they had over $3,000. on my credit saying I owed it for damages. The place was cleaner/nicer than it was when I moved in and bug free for the first time in decades. I had it rent ready as I have done with each property I've ever rented. I won my case as they couldn't bully me. I had proof with my move in and move out pictures. YOU MUST HAVE VISUAL EVIDENCE for court because they have "buddies" on the bench they drink and play golf with. like The Page "men". Sad, sad & disgusting greedy "christian" crooks.
