I got a lash lift from Tori on 3/2/19…read more It was my first time getting a lash lift, so I didn't know what to expect. The process was quick, but when she was done working on my lashes, I saw only the slightest of changes. She had assured me that they would be curlier the next day, so I went on my way. The next day, after all the proper aftercare (no steam, water, makeup, rubbing, etc. for 24 hours) my lashes seemed even flatter than before. When I looked closer into the mirror, the lashes on my right eye were intensely curled not at the base, but past the halfway mark of each lash, closer to the ends. This resulted in some seriously crimped lashes. Other lashes closer to the inside of my eye were going in the completely wrong direction, and no amount of brushing with a clean spoolie could help. My left lashes were not completely lifted. My natural lashes are thin and straight, so looking head-on at my eyes you really wouldn't be able to tell that they're there. The procedure really didn't help that. Some lashes in the center had the slightest lift and others had literally none at all, so my left eye was a mix of 0 and 1 degree elevated lashes. It looks horrendous. I called the day after the procedure to ask about any remedies, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and told me she'd make a note to have her boss call me back. Over two weeks later, and no follow-up. It's a nice facility, but I'm really disappointed with my results. I spent $100 (including the tip) for something my eyelash curler could have done better. I will definitely not be coming back.

I think Hello Sugar has really good pricing but recently I haven't been feeling like they care for me or even the people they hire... I was with one aesthetician for a year or so and we got really close and I just love coming to your ass because I meant updating her all my life choices and just having a friend to talk to and she had to up and leave which really sucked and it made finding a new station at that location super hard and ultimately I just never recovered from her leaving which sucks cause I like Hello Sugar and I liked how convenient it was. But I'd be lying if I said I'm not happy with the outcome because I ended up finding someone so much better and so much closer to home with great care and it's her own personal business so it's not like she's gonna be leaving me anytime soon.
