Unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful and scary.
I made an appointment to get botox injections and requested a specific nurse injector. I received a text confirming my appointment time and a link to online documents to sign prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, no one was at the reception desk. When someone showed up, she could not find my appointment. When I told her I made the appointment with Jessica, the owner, she had to call Jessica to figure out what was going on. I was then informed the nurse injector I had specifically requested wasn't there, but "Lauren" could do my botox. While all of this is occurring, the door to the "treatment room" is wide open and I hear Lauren doing lip injections on another client. She's mentioning something about "hitting a lot of vessels" in this clients lips and she's "definitely going to bruise". There's also mention of "yeah, I wish we had the smaller needles but I'm not sticking them all the way in." Other comments heard while I waited "I've had so many things happen. One time when I was doing botox, blood shot straight out of her face." Why I sat there and continued to wait, I have no idea. After the client left, the entire staff, now gathered in the treatment room, began to discuss their recent online shopping experiences. It was now 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Nevermind that I had already driven 40 minutes from Dallas. After waiting 45 minutes without any of the staff updating me or even acknowledging my existence after the initial check-in, I left. I will never go back. There's plenty of other med spas in Southlake. Take your business elsewhere.
As an aside, the interior design is beyond gaudy. It looks like a 14 year old's bedroom. Bright pink, glitter everywhere, furry pink chairs, fake pink stiletto shoes. It's horrid. It looks like the inside of a Libby Lu from the 2000's. read more
