My criteria: 1) cost is budget-friendly so I can do other things I love to do , 2) learning how to dance is very important and so instructors can teach and their staffing is consistent; and of course, learn the type of dances I'm interested in after work hours and / or weekends. 3) a consistent schedule that will not be changed at the last minute without notice, 4) a friendly community and atmosphere where I can have fun and be with people who I share the same interests with, and 4) close to home or work. C & C met all of these requirements and more. They have a nice open space that they now have outgrown. I heard they opened in 2013 (not sure) I've been there at times when all the floor is taken because scheduled classes are going on as well as teaching with private instructors, in an extended area that for some unknown reason is of a different level. They need more space. They have socials but is limited only to the ones going C & C.

Best Decision I've Made - Thank You Patricia!…read more WellFIT Private Fitness is a hidden gem in Castle Hills. The gym is super clean, spacious, focused--and one thing I really appreciated--no cameras or video nonsense. Just you, your goals, and the work. I signed up for the 8-week program after meeting Patricia Khoury, the owner, for a free session. Right away, I could tell she was different. She actually took the time to listen to what I was dealing with--weight gain, wanting to build muscle, and get my balance back after knee replacements. She really got it, and explained exactly how she could help in a way that made total sense. Now I'm 7 weeks in, and honestly--I feel stronger, I've lost 10 pounds, built noticeable muscle, and I feel like my old self again. I'm more active, more confident, and way more energized. Patricia's coaching style is no joke--in the best way. She's 100% present in every session, always making sure I'm moving with intention, never letting me slack. She's tough, but in a supportive, encouraging way. You know she's in your corner. Yeah, I was sore the first few weeks, but it was so worth it. She also gave me a simple, doable meal plan that I could actually stick with (and I'm not someone who likes complicated diets). It's made a big difference. I even got my wife to join in with me, and she's just as happy I chose Patricia over the other coaches in the area. If you're over 50 (or even if you're not) and looking for someone who knows what they're doing, doesn't sugarcoat things, and genuinely cares about your progress--Patricia's the real deal. She gets results, and she trains on weekends too! Absolutely worth it. I'm so glad I found her.

Got a full body workout in a half hour for all the major muscles and so glad I did. You won't work as hard alone; I guarantee it! She corrects your form to prevent injury, but encourages you to get out of your comfort zone to get you those RESULTS you are looking for. It's still a good time to burn out at Well.Fit. Their web interface and app are almost entirely unusable. The gates are constantly closed, the staff can be rude at times, especially more temporary staff. I often feel like I'm walking on eggshells just to go and work out. It's chaotic, it's almost impossible for my partner to find basketball court availabilities, yoga classes fill up and wind up being overpacked into rooms, and in general there is so much pro Israel rhetoric that it is very challenging to be a member if you're not a zionist. My family is Jewish, but we feel deeply uncomfortable going in there and expressing our opinions. Things seem to be open and closed on a whim, you can't use any of the workout rooms when they are empty or you will be yelled at by a member of staff (even though there is no signage explaining this), at this point I'm not sure why we're spending so much money to come here, when clearly the people who work there don't seem to have an interest in our family's well being. Finally, it's clear that after school activities will always give privilege to the students at Anne Frank Academy, which seems to be affiliated, so for instance we have missed my daughter's Jazz recitals at The JCC because the instructor can't give us a time that actually involves the beginning and end of the recital. Because the concern seems to be about children and Aftercare rather than former students and families who pay high membership fees. So at this point I'm getting fairly fed up and I'm not sure why we should still be members.

I've had gel pedis, dip manis and a Green "Cat-Eye" Gel and Dip Powder Mani in December and Gold "Cat Eye" Gel Mani on Wednesday. Shay has even done freehand flower designs on my big toes in Aug. & Sept. 2025. I saw her own nails and how creatively designed they were so we chatted about her journey. She already had done mani and pedis on her friends and family so she was already skilled as far as nail art. She just had to get the education, learn more techniques and instruction so she could get licensed. Shay is always friendly, engaging, patient and listens to the client's desires. She is willing to work with you and make helpful suggestions based on your choices and lifestyle. She's even informed me of what a licensed manicurist can and cannot do. Miss Whitney, her instructor has been a helpful guide whenever Shay's had a question. Miss Whitney always says "Come back again!" For all services, Shay will go thru a checklist and pricing to verify you are aware of what you are having done up front. You have to sign the Consent Form w/disclosures and your signatures. For the Basic pedis, I've had the gel polish which is finished with a Green Tea scrub, peach lotion and cuticle oil. For the dip Manis, I've had the standard until I had the Cat Eye technique in Dec 2025. Shay had a small green colored oval area on her nails and I asked her about it so she worked with me on the base Green color and top Green color to create the effect. The polish has magnetic pieces that creates a 3-D effect when you use a magnet after applying the polish, then finishing with UV light. I never knew about this and thought it was pretty cool esp. when I'd turn my finger. I had the #40 Gold Cat Eye Gel polish last Wednesday without the dip so I can give my nail beds a break from the dip powders. Shay helped in the consultation and the price point turned out even less to get the effect I wanted to achieve. I only have one other appointment before she graduates but already follow her on IG. She has lots of uploaded pretty nail designs! Wishing her the best of luck!
