They are also helpful as you pick out frames and even let me take photos in glasses that are really wild for me to scare my wife with. Dr. Unterbrink is a great doctor. He really takes time to make sure the testing being done is thorough and answers any questions you have. He is also really funny and it makes the visit really pleasant. Annoyed me but I brushed it off then he put eye drops in my 7 yr olds eyes and was very aggressive and unprofessional! He held her held down causing her to panic and literally try to crawl out of my lap yet he still held her head back and down. I had to forcefully remove this man's hand from my child's head and tell him to let go he's being to aggressive. After all that we went to another room and I refused to see him. He came in and looked at me and said "really? Nice move" I said Um excuse me?! Your so unprofessional and rude! Then he shut the door with me and my 2 daughters in it. I said Um NO. You can open that door immediately! As soon as I said im going to record he said Uh no! I'll get another dr for you. Im HIGHLY pissed. I was fuming mad shaking ready to cry because I was so pissed the way he handled the exam. And he had the audacity to come in and say what he said. I left a complaint with the BBB. But I refuse to see him or let him exam any of my children ever again!

Her staff patiently showed me dozens of lenses to try on while I waited for my eye to dilate, and I'm never pressured into buying anything or shamed for being stingy with my eye care dollars.

Three weeks after receiving my new glasses, costing $400.00,one of the nose pads fell off. Upon returning the glasses, the technician informed me there would be a $5.00 charge to replace the nose pad. After explaining that the glasses were only three weeks old and some further discussion, he reluctantly, agreed to no charge. Personally, I could care less about the $5.00, it was the attitude of the individual I found to be unacceptable... I thought about bringing this matter to Dr. Miller's attention but she was with another patient and I thought this would be inappropriate.
