I went to premier upholstery as they were they the first ones who would do the job with an older Toyota. It was not easy, but despite dealing with 40-year-old stripped out screws, etc. they got the job done. Good as new. read more

So, as a drop in customer, (this family owned business) run by one of the Son's, very pleasant, & was completed, in a snap. Thank you Johnny read more

I needed my front seats upholstered on my 2001 Toyota Tundra. I went to a couple of places. Their prices were reasonable. I dropped the truck at 8:00 and it was done by 5:30. When I picked it up it was like riding in a new truck. Great quality work and customer service was on point. I would recommend them to anyone needing upholstery. read more

At first Robert comes across like he knows what he's doing. However, after waiting three weeks, I show up for my prescheduled appointment, and he ordered the incorrect material. I am told they will reorder the correct material and set up another appointment. I wait a week, no call and I decide to call Robert. He is confused, says he will call me back the next day and again, no call. This is a joke company ran by an incompetent clown. I would not recommend this company to a donkey. read more

Never Again. Friendly at first, rude during project. When Questioned Robert on missing parts he was supposed to order that he charge me $100 he responded saying he didn't have time for this #&$t. Called a few days later said he was too busy and hung up on me. He finally did get the parts. I installed them myself. read more

really cool dude and got done at the time he said he was going to be and the service was great the finishing product made the tear in my seat look from factory read more

I was looking for a shop that had experience, not something hyped up in yelp reviews but more so had a portfolio/pictures of proven work and history of customer satisfaction. Reviews matter but the amount of reviews left matters to me more. When I called Robert he was friendly, specifically able to answer questions, and quoted a reasonable price. I requested for a seat repair for a blow out on the drivers side. Arriving at the store for fabric matching he was even friendlier, and eyeballed what was needed without any tools. I am very satisfied with the repair which was completed in less than one day. I'd use Premier again and again and will refer anyone I hear needing work done to this business. read more

Completely repaired the seat and replaced the leather. There was a huge gash in the seat before where it was open down to the padding. This was a particularly complicated job since the seat also has holes for doing the 'cooling' mechanism, which seems to work after the repair. They found suitable leather with holes that could work. While the scheduling was a bit difficult (they are booked for weeks on out), this is definitely where I will go if I need any kind of seat repair for my vehicle in the future. Fast, friendly, and affordable. read more

I had purchased new seat padding for my Outback, and like a schmuck figured I could install it myself. Well, once I removed the seat and started removing the cover I found that the job was most likely beyond my abilities (or at the very least beyond the limits of my patience). I got an appointment quickly enough, and the work was performed professionally at a very reasonable price. The seat is like new! An excellent upholstery shop worthy of your patronage. read more

I had a great experience. Robert is the nicest guy, very trustworthy and fair! His prices are good! I would come back again! I changed my top on my convertible. Thanks Robert! read more

I am so extremely impressed with the job that was done on my drivers seat. Robert certainly knows how to take care of business and fulfill the promises he makes to you prior to work being done. I will certainly recommend him to my family and friends and if I ever need any more repair work I will certainly return to see Robert, thank you so very much I'm one happy person read more

The highest quality workmanship on repairing a upholstery side door panel. Price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Premier.

I took my battered center console in to get new carpet. Console was done way before time quote and was for a good price. You get what you pay for, and I got nothing but quality. I will be bringing all my projects here. read more

GREAT job on my truck seats .Robert is the Real Deal. Family owned. Reliable and Dependable. Great.Craftsmenship. Highly Recommend

Small tear in auto upholstery. Excellent panel replacement. Beautiful craftsmanship. Thank you Robert!

Robert reupholstered my Mini Coop S with new fabric. I also had him extend the passenger seat out about 2" to sit under my knees better and more ergonomically. I have been driving in my car now for 3 months and the seats have made ALL the difference in my daily ride. Best service, price and the craftsmanship is impeccable. Jen read more

I brought my motorcycle in to have the seat done. Most places wouldn't do the job because it was a custom seat pan in a custom tail light housing. Robert took on the job without hesitation. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any question I had. He kept me up to date as the job was being done and was great to work with. My only regret is that I don't have more work for him! I would not hesitate to return to him again in the future. read more

Robert is a masterful upholsterer! He did an amazing job installing the convertible top on my 1965 Mustang. He fabricated missing parts and delivered an amazing product. Fair price, great value! read more

Really excellent craftsmanship and talent! My Ford F-150 looks amazing! The time needed to schedule is always worth the wait.

My newly acquired 2012 F250 has Adobe Leather seats. With the height of the truck, apparently climbing into the cab caused a stress tear, side panel of the driver side seat. After doing my due diligence on Yelp, Angie's List , etc., I decided on "Premium Upholstery" on Auburn Blvd. Talked with Robert (Owner, I suspect) and I was convinced. The straight talk, knowledge and professionalism was excellent. Created an appointment, paid for the leather to be ordered, could not wait to get this little tear repaired in my almost perfect truck. Made the appointment in the AM, picked it up in the PM, I was AMAZED! The stitching, color of the leather matched perfect. They should rename this business Perfection Upholstery. Making an appointment for my Corvette to fix the Seat Back Release lever. Great Find! P.S You may want to look at the one negative report post history, very telling. read more

Have been here a few times & the work is always EXCELLENT! had a few door panels + seat switches replaced. Robert (and family) really does go the extra mile and is so nice & helpful. Will continue to use PREMIERE UPHOLSTERY. Thank you for being AMAZING!!! read more

I can't say enough about this family business. The price, the service and the great work they do is second to none. Owner Robert worked with us on our new van. He made the van accessible by installing a power leather seat for my disabled wife. He came up with the idea. Other businesses had no input other than to want much, much more money for a standard handicap seat. We cannot thank Robert enough for his input, the great job and the price. Thank you Mike and Carol. read more

Great work, great attitude and fair prices! I just moved here from Southern California and I am delighted that I found Robert!

I needed a small job done in a hurry and Robert made it happen. Thanks guys.

Robert and his team are all about their craftsmanship! We send all our work to them for OEM and custom upholstery. Great pricing and always meets his deadline! Family owned business for many many years master of their craft. I wouldn't take my upholstery anywhere else in Sacramento. He also offers a large array of materials from suede to multicolored leathers. Check them out! I've recommended all my friends to him and they've all been really happy with the work. read more

Brought my Solara in a couple years ago after I bought it because the back drivers seat had a small tear in the leather. The job was done in a day, I think I paid $114 plus labor if I recall right and now you'd never know it had even been torn or worked on. Thanks a lot. read more

A very decent place. I actually was there a couple of years ago! They were honest, fixed my broken seat and delivered on time!

I'm very particular when it comes to my Acura. I only take my car to the dealership for services and repairs. When I needed some upholstery work done the Acura dealership recommended Premier Upholstery. My experience with Premier was absolutely fantastic. The owner (Robert) personally took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed and wanted. I received the finest service, the workmanship is excellent and the price was great. This business definitely lives up to it's name!! read more

Robert and crew did a "fantastic" job in replacing my VW Passat's headliner (a task that even my VW dealer was reluctant to perform). Robert's price was fair, his time to complete the job was reasonable, and the quality of his work truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Robert and his crew at Premier Upholstery for both small and large upholstery jobs (since they also did an excellent job replacing and matching the color of the fabric on my Nissan 300ZX's t-tops, too). Their work is beyond top notch and Robert is one of the most reputable vendors I have had the pleasure of working with. He's worth the wait (since he's pretty busy, and you may need to make an appointment to use his services)! read more

I came out one day to find my rear window shattered on my convertible. To my dismay, no auto glass place would repair it. I don't own a fancy car or anything, my Toyota solara is probably the least luxurious convertible out there, still, finding I HAD to go to a custom auto upholstery place, was awful news. I could see the dollar signs. Still, Tony gave great customer service when I came in. I am sure this place is more aimed at classic car restoration and custom jobs, but I was treated great and he did his best to keep costs low.I can't give it 5 stars because the people he ordered the parts from (it ended up being just a few hundred bucks extra to replace my leaky top too), took forever to deliver (the better half of a month), but once they were in, the top was on in 2 days. He may have even worked through Christmas to make up for the time lost. I'd recommend this place to anyone, especially those who have an unspectacular convertible like me ;-) read more

I took my 2018 Ram pickup to premier because I didn't like the grey interior and cloth seats. After discussing options with Robert & making a decision I scheduled the job. They reupholstered my bucket seats in black vinyl with red stitching (to match the red exterior) and they sprayed the dash and door panels black to cover the grey. They also painted parts of the dash black. It turned out fabulous. Robert and Tony gave me great customer service. They are very likeable, knowledgeable, skilled guys that did exactly what they said they would do and had it ready at the time promised. I definitely plan to do business with them in the future and would highly recommend them to others. read more

I took my truck in to get some work done on the drivers seat. The foam had broken down and needed some attention. He built it back up, put in some reinforcement and made it better than I can ever remember it being and I've had it since '07!! Robert is a great guy. Easy to talk with, very professional and explained everything he was. Going to do to the truck. Won't hesitate to go back again!!! read more

I took in my 1988 Honda Civic hatchback to have the seats re-upholstered. I was very specific on how I wanted to keep intact the original look. The owner was very understanding and explained thoroughly that he would try his best to keep it's originality but that it would be difficult since the vehicle is old and the material might be outdated. He quoted me a price that I was MORE than happy with and I left my vehicle in his hands. When I returned to pick up my Honda Civic a week later, I was delighted to see his workmanship, not only was he able to keep it original looking the overall job was beautiful! It's a shame that they don't re-upholster furniture because I would have them redo my entire sectional couch. I most definitely recommend them to anyone! Cheerio! read more

Premiere Upholstery did an AMAZING job on my car!!!! Robert is fantastic and does absolutely incredible work! He is professional, reliable, patient, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. He listened to all of my concerns and worked with me to ensure that I received exactly what I had wanted. I had the two front seats in my Mustang completely reupholstered. He went to great lengths to make sure the seats looked completely original and were a perfect match with the color and pattern to remain consistent with the backseats. I also had my carpet completely replaced and it looks outstanding! He also went to great lengths to have a custom bracket strategically placed under the carpeting to ensure that I would not experience the same issue that I had previously, of the floor mat ripping my carpeting. He went far above and beyond in all aspects of his work and made certain that I had achieved the exact outcome I had hoped for. He always kept his promises; the cost was exactly as the estimate had stated and my car was ready to be picked up on the day he had promised. I could not have been more satisfied and completely thrilled with the amazing job that Robert did on my Mustang! His care, precision, and craftsmanship were readily apparent in every aspect of his work; and I would not only recommend, but SUGGEST that you choose Premiere Upholstery! If you want quality workmanship, honesty and dependability, then Premiere Upholstery is the only place you want to choose. I am so grateful that Robert took such care in the work he did on my Mustang. He made the whole process of reupholstering my seats and putting in new carpet so much better than I had expected. I was initially very stressed out over the whole thing, and he made certain that I would have nothing to worry about. He even reaffixed my trunk liner which had been damaged for several years. I cannot thank Robert enough for the wonderful work that him, and everyone at Premiere Upholstery did to ensure that I was happy with the outcome of my vehicle. I undeniably received the best customer service that I have experienced in years!!!! Thank you again Premiere Upholstery!!!!!! :) read more
