Initially, when I had spoken to Tom was at the end of 2019, the day I found out chicago trolley was going out of business since we had booked them for our wedding. He had given me a price to help with the costs we lost and the trolley I loved.. well, later on found out my grandmother passed away so I went out of town and when I got back, called back Tom to pick up where we left off, to sign the contract and give our deposit for our wedding. Tom completely denied the price and trolley we had agreed on verbally on the phone prior! All because within the time I was gone Premiere was racking in contracts from Chicago trolleys GOOB, so prices got increased. He doubled costs for HALF of the time, we initially spoke about. I questioned him and asked what happened to verbal agreement and pulled up the date and time and he said no way, I make way more now. How in the world Could you trust someone who can't even live up to his word? It's completely disheartening that we went from a great deal to a completely disappointing end of conversation. read more

We just rented from Premier Trolley and Limo for the third time. I will never use another trolley service as long as I am in Chicago. You cannot beat their prices, but the best part is their customer service. The drivers are extremely nice, helpful, and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond. Oh, and Tom the owner is the man and very easy to work with. They make it easy to book, and a joy to ride. If there were 6 stars, I would give it. Premier Trolley is the best, hands down. read more

Brides, I recommend staying away. They were the first vendor I booked for my wedding over 1 year ago. They were at an expo and running a deal on their beautiful vehicles. I was so excited to have their special trolley be a part of my big day. Unfortunately, the customer service / professionalism did not match the beautiful vehicles they offer. After providing a deposit and receiving the invoice, I was not sent a contract. When I called to ask for it, Richard told me not to worry about it because my date was still a year and a half away but he would send it if I insisted. After receiving the contract there were a few items that weren't clear but he answered and I signed (and was still excited). That feeling went down starting in August when I was reviewing the contract and saw that hours of service were not outlined. I sent an email asking about it and received no response. After 23 days of silence, I followed up again. After another 21 days of nothing, I followed up again. I then got a response that he was out of town and would be back a couple days later and would respond then. A week later he called me and said he didn't remember who I was / what expo he gave me the deal at. I told him I needed 4 hours of service so he on the fly figured out a new price. Within 2 weeks I received the new contract and was going back and forth since I felt $120+ / 30min was high. I then tried to negotiate based on another company's rate and was told he would just refund and I could use someone else. The final straw occurred when I asked for a counter-signed copy of the contract and he refused. I let it go for a few weeks and asked again when I was ready to pay in full. His response was "I am afraid we are not the company you are looking for. We have had 30 emails between us regarding a single trolley for your event. We will refund your money on Monday." 5 months before my big day. You all might want to consider hiring a customer service professional to handle future clients. read more

The owner Tom was incredibly helpful. Their rates are reasonable for the quality of trolleys and service you are getting. Having dealt with other operators, I was pleased with how professional this one was in comparison. They really came through at the last minute for a family-friendly holiday event. Many of our attendees remarked on how the cleanliness of the trolley and courteousness of driver Edwin. Really appreciated that they decorated the trolley with twinkle lights and evergreen wreaths to make it festive for the event. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trolley service, whether for a pub crawl, wedding, or other event. Great job, guys! read more

THE BEST TIME EVER!!! We made a bold move and decided to do the trolley the night before our wedding and it was the best decision ever. It was a perfect chance for all of our friends from across the country and from every stage of our life to get together and meet each other. We started in the Gold Coast, took a picture at the bean, went into Wrigleyville and Boystown and then back to the hotel. It was a great way for people to have never been to Chicago to experience the city. Our driver, Mike, was patient and a ton of fun. He was a great driver and we felt safe the whole time. I planned a birthday party and used Premier Trolley and Limo for a night out. It was a great overall experience. First, whoever I booked with (sounded like he was the owner) did a great job of getting everything setup, explaining everything, and overall just a good experience. He then called me a few days prior to iron out final details. The trolley itself was beautiful and the sound system was great. The balcony on the back was a huge hit and having limo like seating was awesome. I've done other party trolley's with traditional side by side bench seating and the limo style seating is 10x's better. The driver was prompt and took great care of us. They included ice chests which is awesome so you don't have to, just need to bring ice and beverages. We did a 3 hour 7-10p Saturday ride and it was perfect. We used their party bus, "The Rockstar," for a Halloween bar-hopping. We were originally looking for a trolley, but came across the Rockstar when other companies were booked, and it turned out the bus was awesome. Fit all 37 of our guests comfortably and everyone had a great time. The interior was clean, comfortable, and nice looking. Their sound system is great, which was a really big plus. The big TV in the back is nice for music videos. The driver did a great job and was really easy to work with, as was the owner in scheduling the event. Would definitely recommend using Premier Trolley and Limo, and I'm sure that we will again. read more

I am so very late in posting my review. I had my niece and her fiancee's bachelor/ette party with Premier back in July and it was a blast! Our driver, I think his name is Robert, was fantastic! I sure hope I got his name right. He made our evening quite memorable. I can't say enough good things about Premier. They were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them. They easily deserve more than five stars. Tom and Colleen are so easy to work with. Booking with them is easy-peasy. All our guests had so much fun and still talk about it to this day. I booked a trolley for my 30th birthday and had a great experience. My initial headcount was about 20 but ended up being closer to 30. I called Tom the day before and he gave me a bigger trolley at no additional cost. The driver showed up about 10 mins late but we went about 20 mins past the 3 hour mark and Tom didn't charge any additional fee so I was happy. Not the first time I've been on a trolley with Premier Trolley and Limo, however, it was the first time I myself rented one. Could not say anymore good things about Tom, Tommy, and the trolley. The whole process to book the trolley could not have gone smoother. Tom was very friendly via our phone calls and e-mails, and helping set the whole thing up. Tommy, our driver, was also extremely amicable. Dealing with 30 people while alcohol is involved is never easy, yet Tommy was more professional and friendly then you can imagine. The trolley itself was also by far the best trolley I have been on. It came with coolers, a garbage can, lights for a little added shazam, and great seating! Everything was all set and ready to go, with an aux cord and all. All in all, I have used many trolley's and companies before, and am sure -- provided availability -- I will continue to use Premier Trolley and Limo. From booking to the actual ride- they took care of me. It was easy to book and the trolley was there on time and willing to go wherever. I booked for a bachelor party and they were extremely laid back, the guys on the trolley were wild and the driver didn't flinch. In short- there is no better trolley company in the city. Tried them all. Finally- the seats are limo style which enhances the party too. Ok I lied there is more- they let you play your own music and took care of the trash when done as long as we got it into the trash bags. For any sort of party you need to use these guys. read more

I used Premier Trolley to book an event for my friend's birthday earlier this month. When I called to inquire about availability and pricing, they were so friendly! They confirmed with me the week of and called me ahead of time the day of to ensure I knew where they would be and to remind me to bring ice for the cooler. I forgot our driver's name but he was amazing. I thought my group was a bit on the wild side but he was accommodating and so kind to us! They let you play your own music and bring your own drinks. It was a lot of fun and definitely something I would do again with them. Their prices are affordable and the trolley that we had was so big, it fit our group of 22 perfectly - we even had enough room to dance the night away on the trolley. Thanks so much! read more

Wish I could give this company more than 5 stars!! I ordered a trolley for my 25th birthday, and Tom was super easy and flexible to work with! The driver arrived 15 minutes earlier to let us know that he was waiting outside! They supplied the coolers and even some ice! The sound system was awesome, and the balcony on the back of the trolley was a total plus!!! Everyone had so much fun! We didn't really have an itinerary planned, so the driver took us throughout the city the whole night! Only downfall was that the air conditioning broke earlier that day so it was a bit hot, but other than that it was a complete success!! We recently used Primier Trolley and Limo for our wedding in September. From the moment we booked, we felt confident and excited. It was also great that we paid everything upfront, including tip, so that we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day. We could just enjoy the ride with our wedding party. The driver was super friendly and arrived on time. We added an additional stop for a quick photo, and he easily accommodated us. We were headed to North Ave Beach for our photos, and of course the traffic was terrible. The driver was great about finding the fastest route and getting us there ahead of schedule. There was plenty of room for everyone, and most importantly, the coolers. We were also able to hang our wedding banner off the back, and used the outside platform for our thank you card photo. I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. You won't be disappointed. I've used other trolley/limo services and had problems with many companies, especially on my wedding day. If I knew about this place beforehand I would have definitely went here. I booked a trolley for my best friends bachelor party and it was awesome. The trolley was up to date, clean, brand new music system, plenty of space, 2 big coolers, and a place to hang out outside the trolley. Tom is the man! He made everything easy and that guy makes sure you are taken care of. Matter of fact, we are using this trolley for my brothers wedding and I know we won't be disappointed. I used this company for our wedding on July 11th. The owner, Tom, was very friendly and flexible. We had to change the time of our pick-up/drop-off and he was able to accommodate us without any problem. I felt a little shaky as he doesn't provide paperwork, but all of my questions were always promptly answered and the trolley showed up right on time! Our group really liked the interior and all said the seating was very comfortable. We booked this company for three reasons, 1. Great interiors/old-fashioned platform for pictures, 2. Air Conditioning (not so common on trolley's) and 3. Competitive price. Unfortunately, the day we got married it rained and became incredibly humid. The trolley showed up...and the a/c was broken! We raised our concern to the driver, but he didn't really seem concerned or bothered by it. The trolley did have a small fan attached to the ceiling near the door- which was blowing in the rain. It definitely put a damper on the experience as many of members of our bridal party were being misted during the 45 minute ride. We tried shutting it off and it was just too humid to not have air circulation. We took pictures off the platform for our "thank you" cards and you could notice where the decals of the previous company were located/removed. I was able to crop it out, but I just thought that was a little tacky. Also, we were told that they preferred we use their coolers, which I had been picturing being built in for some reason. I am a rule follower, so I didn't question it. They were just regular igloo coolers, so I don't understand why we couldn't have just brought our own. Since it was a wedding, the bridesmaids rode the trolley from the hotel to the church and we were met by two of the girls husbands who packed the cooler outside the church as we had no way of getting beer and ice right before we were picked up. It would have been easier on us if we could have just brought our own. Not that big of a deal, but definitely an inconvenience. All in all, the experience wasn't horrible and I would probably use this company again for a night on the town or bachelor/bachelorette party, but not for an important event like a wedding. I think they are a new, laid back company and need to work out the kinks. read more

I just booked Premier Trolley for a bachelorette party for my friend this past weekend. The whole experience was amazing. Tom was a champ, checking in with me about details, promptly returning calls. The night of the event went off without a hitch. Our driver actually showed up early (around 8:45 for our 9 p.m. booking time), so we had plenty of time to get everything loaded up before our 3-hour booking started. The trolley was BEAUTIFUL. I actually was expecting an older trolley (which, honestly, I wouldn't have minded), but this one had bench seats along the sides and a wide aisle that we took full advantage of by dancing constantly. It was also much larger than I expected! We had 15 girls and only took up maybe half of the seats - the entire front half of the trolley we used for dancing around. Tommy, our driver, was amazing and helpful. The sound system was clear, easy-to-use, and loud. They provided coolers for us so we just had to bring ice to keep the drinks cool. The bachelorette party was the perfect time and I can't recommend Premier Trolley enough. The pricing was reasonable, the trolley itself was super nice, the service was friendly and easy, and the night was the most fun we've had in awhile. I booked them for a company event last September and things couldn't have gone smoother. Tom was extremely helpful in getting the event initially set up and our driver was amazing as well. The driver arrived early on the day of the event and was very nice and patient with us all night. The trolley itself was VERY nice! Tom at Premier Trolley was so great to work with! He was extremely flexible with his packages and pricing in terms of duration of time we wanted the trolley for and the type of trolley we were looking for. We used their services for our wedding day and used their trolley to drive around the city taking pictures before our wedding ceremony. Our wedding was in November so the trolley they provided was heated and had really comfortable seating throughout. We had 20 people in the trolley at least and you didn't feel crammed at all. There was plenty of seating and they had great speakers for music, provided a cooler for food and drinks and also you could hook up an iphone or ipod to play music. James was our driver and was incredibly easy to work with. We were jumping in and out of the trolley and had many stops and he did a great job navigating through downtown Chicago Saturday traffic. I highly recommend Tom and James for your wedding transportation. They were fabulous and provided great service. read more
