The limb split about 2/3 of the way up our 100 foot plus hickory tree and fell across another 100 foot plus hickory tree making it a very dangerous removal over the house. We called Guzman's for a free estimate based on their excellent reviews and received a call back within minutes. The owner, Silvestre, came out that same day to give us a quote. The quote was extremely reasonable and probably too low considering how complicated this limb removal turned out to be. He assured us that his guys could drop a limb on a dime and he wasn't kidding! The whole crew came out the next morning exactly as promised and immediately got to work. We were in awe watching these guys work their magic on these massive trees. The man cutting the hardwood trees made it look so effortless as he climbed the trees and flew from tree to tree like Spiderman. They had very little clearance between the trees, two houses, and our fence, yet not one branch hit anything. We opted to get both trees completely removed due to safety issues. Their clean-up was so good that you can't even tell that there were trees there. We truly can't recommend this company and their crew enough. This is a family-run business that's licensed and insured, takes great pride in their work, are prompt with good communication, and do an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed! They will be the only tree cutting service we'll use going forward as no one else can compare.

Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. My backyard & the left side of my house has some shady areas which makes it hard for my Bermuda grass to grow in full. I had a yard full of moss. Before this company came out I used a substance & killed the moss, turning it black & brown. Moss sits on top of the ground like carpet, so tilling the ground would at least disturb it. They were supposed to till the ground in these areas 1 to 1-1/2 inches & over seed with Fescue grass seeds & cover the seeds with hay. They covered my yard with so much wheat hay that the ground wasn't visible. It was thick. They completed the over seed project & started the landscaping project on 4-19-16. They didn't bring enough landscape edging so they weren't able to complete the project until 4-27-16 & even then they had to stop & make a run to Lowes to get more edging. I started noticing some grass growing through the hay, I thought it was Fescue grass until my lawn treatment service informed me it was Bermuda grass. He pointed out one small patch of Fescue grass growing. I also started noticing that the landscape edging was coming up & folding over. I went to Lowes & discovered it was coming up because it wasn't installed properly. They used Blue Hawk Black Landscape Edging Roll. Only half of this product should be visible above the ground, it's supposed to be trenched & staked in the ground. It was less than a month & the edging was already coming up & folding over. On 5-16-16, I raked up the hay it was a total of 8 Lowes leaf bags, it was then I discovered the ground hadn't been tilled because the black/brown moss that I killed prior to their arrival was still sitting on top of the ground undisturbed. The grass that was growing wasn't Fescue it was Bermuda. I started trying to contact the company on 5-16-16 to address my concerns/issues. I called & sent texts & after getting no response I sent an email. I never received a call back I ended up addressing my concerns/issues through email, creating a paper trail. I requested that they come back out so they could see what I was talking about in person. I told them my schedule was open & all they had to do was let me know when they were available. They wanted me to send them a few of the pictures I took before they would come out, again I told them I thought it was best for them to come out & see it in person. They told me they would look at the pictures & make a determination on whether or not they felt it was necessary to come out & address my concerns/issues. The undertone in their emails was negative & offensive. I finally sent 3 pictures & they replied they weren't coming out & listed several reasons for their decision. All of which were untrue & I have proof in the form of emails, texts, pictures & videos. They claimed the work was completed on 4-16-16, but they also claim they made 5 trips to my house. They claimed they did things that weren't included in the estimate, however I have an email where I asked are these items part of the estimate & they replied yes. They still claim they tilled my yard & over seeded with Fescue (it's a shade grass) but said the shade is the reason for its lack of growth. I have one patch of Fescue growing & it's in the shadiest area of my yard. I had several non-vested professionals come out & confirm the ground hadn't been tilled/disturbed. They also made mention of me removing the hay (almost a month later) as a reason, they said it was supposed to compost into the ground or blow away. They claim they bought up several of their own concerns (excuses) during the project which never happened. They only said these things after I expressed my dissatisfaction with their work. Their work is subpar, IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL QUALITY, LOOK ELSEWHERE. I wish it was a way for me to post some of the pictures I took. I have to pay someone else to redo my project.

He wanted a pile of limbs in the back cleaned up along with the one in the front. So, he called Gregg back and told him what he wanted.
