I would be very cautious giving your credit card to a driver, especially with this service because I had to go through the hassle of canceling my card. And this was the only time my card was physically out of my hands while I paid at the end of the drive. I am very reluctant and suspicious of this taxi cab service and out of my personal safety will never use it again, and warning others of what happened to me.

Seems like everything that can go wrong finds me. After having the brakes go out on my truck & have the cost of that repair earlier in the week, I was looking forward to the 4th of July holiday weekend with my kids & grandkids. Hooked up the big 5th wheel rig and headed out from Shakopee. I made it 9 miles when I heard something was very wrong. I found my way off the highway onto a backroad in Eden Prairie. I parked, checked the rig and found it was the truck's serpentine belt fraying off. I had no one to call. Feeling defeated I sat in the truck with my dog and cried. I sat there for about 20 minutes. People, trucks and cars passed by when a courier type van was passing by stopped and asked if I was ok or needed help. Told him my situation and he said that his business is on the other side of this block if you want to walk over and let's see what we can do. I walked over and he was in his office. It was then I realized this was not an employee. It was the owner himself. He ordered the part. He had his mechanic; Viktor install the new belt and make sure I was on my way. It's the things people do when no one's watching that tell you the content of their character. And even better, when they have zero to gain but have the compassion to help others shows the content of their heart. I will forever be grateful to Gus & Viktor. She told me to contact my guests first before booking to ensure I wouldn't be roped into something I couldn't pay for due to their cancellation policy, which I admired. She told me take a few days to figure it out, but no matter what she would not be booking the only bus that was available that evening with anyone else. I called back after I had my guests in line. She answered (you'll see why this is so shocking in a moment) and I told her I was ready to go ahead with the booking. She told me she would have to contact the owner, took my number, and told me she would get back to me that night. The evening goes by, and I hear nothing. The next day I tried her several times on my cell phone, either going straight to voicemail or even a straight up dial tone as if the line did not exist. I decided to try and call on one of my friends phones, and what a shock! She answered right away! Frustrated, I told her I had tried to get a hold of her all day and was irritated with her professionalism. "Oh my goodness you happen to catch me when I'm away from my desk, I do not have any of the schedules in front of me. Let me call you RIGHT back." I gave her my number again and asked if she was actually going to call me back this time and she promised she would within the next fifteen minutes. Unsurprisingly, she never called me back. If you can't get me a bus, tell me! We are adults here, don't waste my time and drag out my hopes for over two weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. I was left days before my 21st without a bus. **I ended up finding Discount Party Bus and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. I recommend them!
