I expressed extreme interest in a rental property in Charlotte NC in the Mc Dowell Farms Community after researching the company I called them and left multiple messages explaining how I'd like to view the property so I can see if the floor plan meets my family's needs my mother called as well and we also sent emails. After weeks and weeks without any response I felt the need to pay the office a visit in the town of Pineville. Me and my mother were greeted by the receptionist whom was very shocked that I payed them a visit I told her that I was extremely interested in the property she told me to write down my contact information as well as my mother's I then received a text message asking that I set up an appointment to view the home I became very excited to be told that they have to reschedule. So I wait expecting to hear something.. NOTHING was heard SO I reached out and was then told that the property was given to another applicant I was immediately frustrated with the LACK of communication and customer service this company has. After expressing my frustration I then received another message saying "Bryan" wants to speak with me at 430pm Est I agreed I started to speak with Bryan and Immediately sensed that LOAD OF CRAP he was telling me and my mom on the phone I never heard a Land Lord moving one tenant from one property to another because they have been his renter for 5yrs and he's a great person. When they contacted Cathy Wing she let them leave with no penalties; after which she told my daughter she had to get out as soon as possible; even though they were paid up for the whole month, she gave her no options or chance to re-coup some of her money. We moved my daughter out by the end of the month costing us over $250...leaving the place SPOTLESS and she still didn't give my daughter any money back. I do believe it's because she had $1800 of the girls deposit which she kept and also turned around and re-rented the place is why she didn't mind terminating my daughter's lease.. She kept all of my daughter's money and basically left her homeless and broke. Stay away from this heartless women. It's not just business to her. She's pure greedy and evil.
