He was very knowledgeable (it blew my mind all of the info there is to know about blinds... lol). He was also very intuitive; I can tell he has been in many different homes with various décor. Everything he suggested fit our interiors so* well, I didn't even need to spend anytime on Pinterest. They were pretty good about working with my budget, although a LOT of work goes into installing blinds and shades. I felt like I knew what I was paying for and that's always a secure feeling. Never felt taken advantage of. This business is also family-owned, which is a big plus for us. Jordan worked with us through the free consultation, decision-making process, oversaw the installation crew, and then follow ups. Always nice, professional and sometimes funny. Installation was pretty quick, and our house looked exactly the same other than the update (clean--like no one had been there). I can't recommend them higher. There's absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere. I'm sure these blinds will last a few decades, but if we decide on window tint or drapes, we will definitely be repeat customers!

They took precise measurements, even coming up with a creative solution for our office that maintained the chair rail look while allowing the new shutters to fit perfectly. While custom orders take about six weeks, the wait was well worth it. The team removed our old blinds and performed a flawless installation, leaving the house spotless. To top it off, Ali went above and beyond by repairing an old, sticking shutter (not installed by them) and replacing missing magnets on other blinds at no extra charge. We highly recommend them to anyone needing plantation shutters. If I could give them six stars, I would!
