My husband and I are very satisfied and impressed with their expertise, professionalism, efficiency and their high quality work. Their crew was very professional, respectful, friendly, talented and fast. A team of four guys worked at our house non-stop for about 4 days, they cleaned up and left the house sparkling clean and as good as new. The price is great but the office staff which is his wife is not very nice if you have any reason to cancel your Appointment she gets really upset and makes notes, I guess she's never had anyone cancel appointment with her Personally. She made notes that they had to come back and do a window. because they missed doing it. Another time I sprayed bee spray snd it got on the window . nathan came by and cleaned it. He didn't want any money for it. The company has a waitlist. She has asked me not to come back and she wouldn't schedule me appointment this 2024year or my daughters because one had to cancel years ago. She also said she's asked 25 people not to come back for reason Also. The reason I canceled last year is because we where having our house painted. We had been on a list for the painter for over a year. Didn't make sense to wash windows and then have it power washed and painted. I couldn't change it and there were no other appointments available. This was in Aug/ Sept? They need a better system for taking care of their customers and it's very rude for her to tell me to go away find someone else and I have had her wash my windows twice in one year. Two year I figured out there isn't much of a discount when she does it twice on outside only. I wouldn't recommend this company because how she runs his business . Too bad the window washers are really good. She has wrecked it for a lot of people.

I saw him doing my neighbor's Christmas lights and he did such a good job I asked him to do mine last year. His quote was quite a bit lower than 2 other quotes I got. I used him to put up my Christmas lights again this year. He also cleaned my gutters earlier this year. Not only is he super nice and hard working, he's honest and does good work for great prices. Is quote was reasonable; not the lowest and not the highest. His staff was polite, efficient with time and made sure the work area was cleaned up each day, making sure the gate to the back yard was always shut to ensure the safety of our new puppy. In the busiest time of the year, Carlos kept us informed on when they anticipated to start on our project. The project actually started sooner than I had anticipated and I had not selected the house colors! He recommended using Benjamin Moore on Powell and to work with their color consultant. She was amazing. Carlos also went out of his way to show me pictures and to bring color samples by the house to help in the decision making process. Having to travel prior to final color selection was difficult. Carlos was flexible, rearranging the order of painting, to accommodate travel and to ensure that we would be happy with the final color selection. Once the project started he did a thorough walk around identifying rotting regions around windows and doors and personally replaced rotten wood and caulking all holes, cracks,etc. The end product is beautiful. We went with a beautiful, rich, blue with cream trim and black accents that compliment the style of our home. Kevin spent two days on our roof, carefully brushing off years of moss buildup, and then did the gutters, and cleanup. He did a fantastic, meticulous job, and finished by applying a treatment that will be helpful over time. His supervisor traveled here several times to inspect the work while it was being done. The work was done on several clear days, but then we had several days of rain, and the gutters didn't overflow, and the downspouts did their job. I couldn't be happier. Most places…read morechange you an extra fee for move out cleaning and/or nickel and dime you for each task required by the apartment mangers like cleaning the inside of the fridge and stove, baseboards, etc. I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Now for the appointment...the crew arrived nearly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, which was really frustrating. Apparently Stella booked the crew for a house in Lake O and asked if I could wait a couple of hours until they finished. "Uh...no! I have an appointment." When the crew arrived, the lead cleaner made a big stink to Stella (by phone) about all of the work that needed to get done in the time allotted. I wanted them to focus on the 3 bathrooms and kitchen, and I was prepared to do the rest myself. I took a "do what you can do in 1 1/2 to 2 hours" approach since I was trying to save money, and I cleaned along side them to get the rest done. They did a good job with cleaning the areas that I designated. I noticed that the stubborn area above the stove was not cleaned, and the lead cleaner proclaimed that they tried, but it couldn't be cleaned. So I took a scrubber pad, used some elbow grease and the stains started to disappear. So she tried again and removed most of the muck. In all, I think Superior may be a good company, but the staff do have some communication issues. (I do understand a little bit of Spanish, so I had sense of what they were complaining about to Stella and amongst themselves.) The crew was nice to me. They gave me a ride up the road so that I wouldn't have to walk a mile to the bus stop. I just think they were annoyed with the scheduling mix up and hadn't been told ahead of time what I needed them to get done in the slotted time. I am used to cleaners working at a faster pace than they worked, so maybe I set my expectations too high.
