At first the signed quote was for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, even though I mentioned to them several times that my laundry and 1 bathroom was already PVC, but they said since its a new job, new pipes are required. Fast forward 1 week and they said that the job was done but they never touched my laundry or other bathroom? They didn't even mention anything, so I did, and they said since the piping is fine they don't have to replace it. They charged me for a full job, but only did half! Don't even try to negotiate with them because they are so rude. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. After that my water heater "suddenly" stops working right after the job, leaving my husband, MY 3 MONTH OLD, and I without hot water!! I mention this and they try to push ANOTHER quote on me??? Like are you kidding me?? Foreman ends up saying it's their fault! Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The office and company in general is unprofessional! Rude and sloppy work.

I did a Google search and called around to get pricing and availability and ended up finding Crossing the Jordan through Angie's List. Chelsea called me to follow up when I happened to be on a call and she called back exactly when she said she would. Booking was easy and I was able to take care of everything over the phone while still en route to Florida. Chelsea was friendly, informative, and flexible. They are family owned and operated, which I loved being able to support. Their rates were reasonable and the workers were friendly and efficient. We booked for Friday, but when we had last minute complications, they were able to work with us to reschedule. I received a call the day before to confirm the time, as well as a call the next morning to provide their ETA. Moving is never fun, but it was definitely made a bit easier by working with Crossing the Jordan! I would recommend them to others and would definitely look to use them again on my next move!

While the actual wall moulding installation was great and the final result looks fantastic, my…read moreexperience with this company was incredibly frustrating due to their poor work ethic and lack of communication. They were always late to appointments and slow to respond to messages. When it came to design, they didn't offer any creative options or suggestions, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, they took on another job midway through mine, which meant they were going to take way too long to finish my project. When I expressed my frustration about the delays, the owner told me he didn't want to work with me anymore. Additionally, he showed up without the proper tools for the job and even had the audacity to ask me for my personal makeup brushes to complete the work! If you can handle terrible communication, frequent delays, a lack of creative input, and the risk of being dropped as a client, the work itself is solid--but for me, the hassle wasn't worth it. Would not recommend unless you're prepared for a lot of frustration.
