Explained the situation to Billy and he was very nice. We confirmed the date and whet over my items. He was able to give me a very fair and flat rate quote. I accepted right away. His was communication was great before and the day of the move. Billy and his son showed up with with blankets, tapes, plastic wrap, a great attitude and even a cover for mattress. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and they did it with a smile! No issues or damages for my belongings and they did not leave any garbage behind or scuffs on the walls.
