If you need a trustworthy pool cleaning company DO NOT hire this company.(premier also build my pool. That was another fiasco) I had been documenting for 3 months the time the pool guys would arrive and leave since I have noticed most of the time pool wasnt being cleaned. I finally decided to call the manager but he didnt call me back. I called again and spoke to Gloria. She assured me the manager would call and he didn't answer because hes busy in the field. She also told me the pool cleaning people documented that they were at my house for over 30 minutes last week. I watched him not skim or scrub my pool and was at my house no more than 2 minutes. Just a couple of weeks ago another pool person was here and was smoking a cigarette in my backyard!! I was really hoping to talk to them but they didnt return my phone call. I called again and they werent answering the phone. so I decided to call from my business phone which is a different area code and you guessed it Gloria answered my call! I decided to cancel my future cleaning services and she had no problem doing that and didn't even apologize. She actually didnt even care lol. read more

This is the worst pool cleaning service ever. We pay a monthly fee for weekly service. They completely skipped us last week and after promising to come this week just skipped us again, the day before the 4th of July holiday weekend. You have to be kidding me. read more

The guy, Aaron, came out and he was actually here for almost an hour. He ended up replacing a transformer and everything has been working well. I have to say that being a new pool, I am concerned about the issues of the pump, but it's working now so we'll see how it goes. I hope the company starts to consistently show more urgency in completing these warranty issues, especially since there haven't been many. When people call, leave messages, submit the online form, respond. It's been stressful trying to get my issue fixed. Other than that, to date my pool is working and I credit the Aaron because he seemed to care about making sure the issue was fixed. read more

If you are looking for an honest pool service company, you will need to go with someone other than Premier Pool Service. I had a tech who rarely completed the weekly pool service-- Does Premier not realize that most people have cameras in their backyards? The pool was not being maintained well and when it began to grow algae, the tech decided the pool needed 5 bags of salt to get rid of it-- it's on camera. I received constant notifications from the app that my salt levels were dangerously high. Called and Spoke to Gloria-- she said the tech tested the levels and they were fine. I bought my own kit and tested myself which confirmed the app was correct. Premier refused to correct the error after multiple calls and emails (but I noticed I never saw that tech at my house again). I left several messages for owner Tony Sanchez, who never called me back. I discontinued service and hired a new company. They did their routine check the first week and let me know that the salt level was out of control. I have to pay them to drain my pool and refill as Premier never responds to calls or emails To correct what they did to my less than a year old new pool build. High salt levels will damage your pool equipment and Premier does not care. Stay clear of this company. No integrity. There are too many other pool cleaning companies out there-- definitely go with someone else. read more

Very responsive. Since our pool is new and there are a lot of technical things to get a handle on, they've helped us with several things, like fixing pumps, adjusting feature schedules, cleaning surface stains. They are very responsive and even come out the same day ask our request for service usually. Highly recommend! read more

PPS is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with... They're in the business of providing weekly pool service, which would be great "IF" they know how to handle pool chemicals. I built my brand-new pool with Primer Pools & Spa and the building process was smooth but as soon as I was transferred over to the Service side PPS, it all went downhill. My brand-new saltwater pool startup fine but when it was time to introduce Salt into the equation is when my nightmare started... Instead of slowly introducing Salt in stages, they immediately poured in 6-7 bags creating an extremely high level of salt reading. This created a domino effect when the rest of the chemicals involved couldn't balance out... Over several months it was a constant chase of trying to balance the each chemical and it couldn't be done. PPS kept sending untrained pool technicians who didn't know of the ongoing issue or what was performed the week prior... In my questioning them as to why we are experiencing so many issues, the common response was they don't know anything about saltwater pools and are only working temporarily at PPS as they await pending new job offers. (These techs were temporary hole fillers with no certification or proper training). My communication with PPS was of the worst as well; limited with little to no concern to my issue on hand. Getting a hold of the owner was nonexistent throughout this situation and only saw him once when he (Tony Sanchez), showed up initially to sell me his company's quality pool service and to collect pre-payment information. Other than that Tony was not involved until the very end. Throughout my issues of murky/green water and phone calls requesting help, I was told to simply add household bleach into the pool to offset the murkiness. Really!!! This was the level of service I was being provided with. It wasn't until I took water samples to the local pool supply store to get a reading of the quality and received a 40% unhealthy reading that they started listing to me. Now a few months into this ongoing issue, my pebble tech (plaster) stated to develop white patches throughout the pool... After weeks of raising the issue, they finally decided to perform a HOT-START (pouring gallons of acid into the pool to remove these patches), which did the trick and removed the patches... What I didn't know at the time was when you perform a Hot Start, you're supposed to drain the pool afterwards to restart the process.... We did not, and when I asked PPS if it was safe to swim after adding in large amounts of acid I was told it was perfectly fine... not only did we use the pool with unsafe amount of acid (putting my families health in danger) days later my entire pool walls/floors turned cloudy white (calcium was being pulled from the plaster, because of the reaming acid in the water). A foul fishy smell developed from the water and what was supposed to be a fix turned into a bigger mess. Again - in my attempts to bring awareness to the ongoing issue to PPS the response I received was horrible. The service manager told me he can't be an expert on everything and simply gave up. I now take another water sample to my local pool supply store for testing and my new reading dropped down to 20% - unhealthy levels... That was the last straw with Primer Pool Service for me.... I was forced to find a way to get hold of the owner, Tony Sanchez, who came out of the house and physically saw what had taken place. I explained to him directly that I was done with PPS and was going to drain and restart the process with another service company and expected PPS to reimburse me for all costs involved due to their mismanagement. Tony agreed and asked that I send all receipts his way so he can personally handle the process and get it taken care of... He apologized for the mismanagement and assured me all costs will be reimbursed to make things right. Fast forward to today, with my issues now corrected and at ease with my new pool; I've submitted all information to PPS Pool Owner as agreed; It's been 2wks, 2 follow up emails and a text message to Tony himself and his entire office and have yet to receive a single reply or confirmation of corrective action.
