Just got our pups back and boy they look awesome! They are so happy and they were taken very good care of.

This was our first time at this pet spa and it was an amazing experience! The shop is adorable, clean, and the staff was so professional & friendly. Our dogs look great! Their coats are so shiny. And although our dogs dont like getting their nails trimmed, the staff was able to do a wonderful job and keep our dogs calm. We would absolutely recommend this pet spa to all dog owners out their who love their dogs like family. You won't be disappointed!

So fast and gets you exactly what you are looking for without much dialogue. Highly recommend. Two dogs finished in less than two hours. Craziness.

Great service! If your scared or nervous about taking your dog or cat to Premier Pet Spa, don't be. They did a awesome job on Peanut who is a handful and If they can take care of Peanut lol they'll take care of your dog/cat as well. Peanut was all smiles and did not want to leave afterwards highly recommend .

My fur kids have never looked better. Excellent customer service, my dogs weren't kenneled for hours and they treated my dogs like their own. I highly recommend if you're looking to get your pets groomed.

My little boy loved his cut!

I just want to say I'm very glad I found Premier Pet Spa on Facebook they did an awesome job on my two fur babies. Highly recommend them!

Love the groomers and service here. Always super sweet and friendly, especially considerate of our pets It's kind of a hidden location though but there's a good amount of parking in the back. They always leave my little shih tzu Sofi looking so cute

I have been bringing my dog here for grooming for the past few years and have always had a great…read moreexperience. My dog isn't scared or anxious after leaving or when I bring him. The groomers always come out to meet me and ask what I'm looking for. I've tried out other places in the area and this is the best place.

My puppy stayed for two weeks at Paw Sweet Paw, and I have to say the marketing does a better job…read morethan how the business actually operates. Prior to the stay, I was told first-timers get 1 week of free boarding. Knowing that we'd be out of the country for 2 weeks, this was perfect, on top of thinking the workers were nice. I also made sure they would be sending photo updates EVERY DAY via email and that there are cameras in the play area for us to check on him. As the front desk lady could tell, I made sure to make their lives easier, so I printed out 2 A4 sheets of things to know about my pup, being as detailed as possible so they wouldn't be confused about what to do since he's still a puppy. Two weeks later, we had to ask our friend to pick him up because they said no one could help release the pup on Easter Day. When they went to pick him up, both the bowl and the bed were missing, and they couldn't find them on the spot. They had to be delivered the day after, and ONLY because I made that phone call to confirm if they could find my puppy's bowl and his ginormous bed. During those two weeks, we clearly informed them that we would be out of the country and that SMS wouldn't work, yet they didn't remember until I emailed them, twice. Over the 15 days, I could barely see my pup on the camera, and I only received THREE email updates and one 10-second video of my puppy, which didn't even show anything meaningful. It felt like it was recorded just for the sake of sending something. One of the updates was also sent only after I emailed them the second time. Being told we'd be getting one week of free pet boarding for first-timers was WHY we chose to stay here. The staff also told us we could call for a refund if we were mischarged. Two weeks later, when we called, the lady told me they were going through reorganization, so workers were moving around, maybe that's why things were missing, and that the free first week only applied to daycare. I would have to speak to the manager about my concern. The manager obviously had the answer in mind and avoided my phone calls a couple of times, on top of my calls getting hung up more than 2-3 times during transfer. When she finally picked up, without hesitation to my question, she said she couldn't refund me for the first free week, but she could offer me a discount, or a free daycare day or some other discounts. Lol. What's the difference between giving me back a 1-week refund as your team promised versus a discount? Why not solve the problem instead of dancing around it? Why am I getting "punished" when your workers told me the wrong thing? Sure, you might lose a couple hundred bucks, but what's more valuable is that you're losing is a customer who will no longer trust your business, and the word-of-mouth effect that could've helped bring in more customers. As a business owner, you should understand better why pet owners trust you with their dogs and what they expect, especially in Orange County. Unfortunately, our first experience was horrendous and extremely disappointing. The level of disorganization and hassle is beyond disappointing. If you're looking for a pet boarding hotel, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else. Like the lady said, they're going through reorganization, so they might be too busy taking care of customers right now anyway.

House of Woof - No explanation required, other than to say, that Zoe looks like a colorful and cute court jester!

You can tell the staff genuinely care about the dogs. They're so kind, attentive, and communicative. We loved receiving email updates with pictures throughout his stay, which gave us so much peace of mind, especially since it was his first time. One of our favorite features is that they have cameras, so we could check in and watch Boba playing and having fun anytime. It made us feel really connected and reassured. A special shoutout to David. He was incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall, we felt so comfortable leaving Boba here, and it's clear he loved it too. We will definitely be bringing him back. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed. I have a baby English cocker spaniel…read moreand he has been going to HofW for a few months; in June I was watching the cameras and noticed a big dog grabbing my puppy by the neck and dragging him around; I was alarmed to see that 2 people from the staff were around but Not watching what was going on, since both of them were looking down at their phones. I called and I spoke with someone who usually gets the calls but is not at the facility, explained my concerns and she said they were going to address it and someone was going to call me back, they never did, but since I was traveling for business, I let it go and asked my husband to just keep on eye for me. Fast forward to about a week ago; my puppy went back to daycare after being neutered, I dropped him off and 10 minutes later, I look at the camera and noticed he is not at the play room, I waited and check again 15 minutes later and nothing, 30 minutes later and again nothing, I called to see what was happening and again, someone, not at the facility tells me that she was informed that my puppy was trying to mount another dog and he was put away for a brake; I told the lady that my puppy was just dropped off when I saw he wasn't there and it has been already 30 min and still he was put away, my puppy was on the play room ; they lady couldn't figure out what happened and had to ask the staff so I went and got my puppy and brought him home. I continued to give this place chances because the convenience since is close to my home but about a month ago, I go to pick up my dog, he was there half day and I got informed that he was on private play, which is 20 minutes and the rest of the 4 hours he was put away. I was informed that from that day forward it was going to be that way because "he showed his teeth to another dog " My dog is about 25lbs little English cocker. Super sweet, has never been aggressive and all of the sudden according to HofW he deserves to be put away for showing teeth ????? What happened to the dog that grabbed him by the neck ? I continued to see him and he was a big dog , I see him on camera playing around . And another dog bit my sister's dog and cero consequences !!!!!! I take my dog to Paws Chateu now and not one time I had got a complaint . I also used to take him to paws chateu before when I was around that area, he has gone there to play and to stay without any incident . Besides they actually care for the dogs, not like House of Wood that doesn't even remind you of vaccines or anything like that, which tells me how careless they are . At house of woof there were only a couple of girls that showed love for my dog, anybody else works there just to have a job and they don't care for the animals. This review was written as things happened since a couple years ago to a month ago .
