I used to have no issues with Paw Sweet Paw years ago but after just brining my 1yr old rescue here twice that was enough. First time he was return smelling awful, accidents happen. Second time boarding with them (12 hours) he was returned to me COVERED in both pee and actual poop on him. Before he was return the second time, the staff told me he had a "little accident" and asked if I wanted him bathed or just wiped down. After already waiting an extra 1.5 hours because of the cut operational hours, I said just wiped down him down and I'll bath him later. It was clearly not a little accident and wasn't even wiped down. The attendant brought him out less than a minute later. Wiping down a dirty, poop covered dog would take longer than one minute. The extent of the odor took 3 baths and he is now dealing with multiple stomach issues results in vomiting and diarrhea. He also was returned with a clearly visible scab and swelling on his nose. Trying to contact management has been extremely disappointing after a very disappointing 12 hr dog boarding visit. The asst. manager seemed to be the only one to take the time to respond and discuss these issues, but very limited to how she can remedy or alleviate some of these issues. I have been waiting for a week now on Janelle, the top Manager of both locations to reach out with fur to we discussions about the incredibly low standards, cleanliness, and overall care for our pets staying there. Seems like Janelle couldn't care less for the well-being of the dogs she is being entrusted to take care of while she is the one in charge from what I've been told.

I was amazed when she walked over to the scale on command and actually sat down--a feat she rarely accomplishes with anyone other than me! I explained exactly what I wanted, dropped her off, and to my delight, I received a call much sooner than expected saying she was ready. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely fabulous! I did ask for a little touch-up in one area--a tidy-up for her bottom--and the groomer took care of it without any fuss. The best part? My dog was so calm and relaxed with the groomer. I will say the guy who handles the front desk is kinda difficult to communicate with and i had a lot of struggles booking over the phone. My only thing is that I am not sure if they were understaffed or overbooked but the bath for her took almost 2 hours so I was waiting in the area for a pretty long time. Her coat and skin have actually been really good since bringing her, so I'll probably be back but hopefully the wait won't be as long

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

You can immediately tell how knowledgeable and passionate the staff is. When we picked up our girl, Noel took the time to share helpful tips and advice on how to maintain her coat between grooming appointments, which we really appreciated!
