I have several things to take care of, but neither of them made me feel bad or ashamed of the work that needed to be done, instead I left feeling empowered to improve my dental health. During my daughter's…read moreorthodontic treatment, the original orthodontist quit, and she went months without any adjustments or care. I was left uncertain about what to do next. Months later, a new orthodontist started, and they removed her braces but failed to properly clean the glue off her teeth, requiring them to be shaved down. Then, they scheduled a fitting for her retainers and told us the earliest available appointment was two months away. I had to complain, knowing her teeth would shift during that time. Eventually, they agreed to call us when the retainers came in and just hand them to us. Within a couple of months, the retainers ripped, and later, our dog got ahold of them. We had been assured that if anything happened within the first year, they'd replace them for free as long as we had the pieces. I kept the pieces and scheduled an appointment. But on the day of the appointment, they called to tell me it would cost $450 to replace the top retainer. When I reminded them of what we were told, they said I needed to provide documentation. They should have had this in their records, but of course, they didn't. I found another review stating the same thing and called them back, only to be asked where I saw the review. They offered to do half the price instead. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she was out of the office. When I requested the corporate number, they gave me a false one. I never received a callback. I've already spent so much on braces and received terrible service. I refuse to give them another dollar. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere--this place is a complete joke.

Did not talk to me more than a few words. A pretty awful experience overall. About 10 minutes into the surgery I sensed it was not going well but it was too late to stop at that point. Doctor did not prescribe enough pain medication to make it through the weekend and was not available to provide a prescription refill so I had to deal with the post-op pain 'til following Monday. On follow up visits, he took several photos of my mouth without saying anything. Would not recommend.

The building is relatively small (but not cramped) and completely updated to look like a modern, inviting home. The feeling of home is echoed in the friendliness of each and every staff member. All of them are polite, professional, and friendly. Considering a dentist's office is the LAST place you want to be they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Both doctor and tech were open about each step without being intimidating. They are genuinely concerned for your comfort and conduct themselves effectively without being heavy handed. Booking an appointment is great. They send email confirmations with calendar entries for convenience. Rescheduling is a breeze. After leaving from a tooth extraction I was unexpectedly given a "gift from the tooth fairy" which included a custom thank you card and a gift certificate for a treat. The finishing touches were amazing on what was already a pleasant visit. Could not recommend them enough.
