She tried to remove the object before my exam but the object was deeply stuck in there. She decided to refer me to a surgery center to ensure a safe and professional removal. I had the object removed the next morning based on her recommendation and returned a week later for my tests. The reception and the service were extraordinary and had successful annual checkup. It was my first time in this practice and will be our usual place for our eye-care needs. She has always been kind and attentive every time I saw her and made the whole process as easy as possible for me. Well, this time I decided to take my two boys there. Her employee got our order wrong...and as a result it took a month and a half to arrive. Instead of offering excellent customer service and overnighting us a few sample pairs of contacts to hold us over....she made us drive over an hour to pick them up (and we had to beg her to do that). She blamed 'supply chain issues' but when we asked for a tracking # or a screen shot of the order she said non were available. I really hate leaving 1 star reviews but as a person that runs small businesses as well, I think customers should know up front who they are dealing with. This business does not care about you as a customer, and will not make things right should they go wrong. They will blame everyone else, and make excuses. I went to this optometrist for a couple of years and didn't really have any issues (some pushing of…read moreextra tests at the beginning of the appt, but nothing crazy). I had a friend recommend dentistry when I was unhappy with my original and skeptical of a root canal referral (no pain), I saw Dr. Reardon and had a wonderful experience as he helped provide a second opinion on the root canal referral. A few months later, I saw Dr. Leonardo Lee for my 6 month cleaning (I had originally scheduled with Dr. Reardon, but had to reschedule and it slipped my mind to ensure it was with Dr. Reardon). As an initial note, they make sure you fill out a form that details your preferences at a dental office (i.e, longevity or cosmetic, any worries like trust, finances, pain, etc.). Dr. Lee was pretty rude and kept making snarky remarks about my dental hygiene (i.e. I'm surprised you still have your permanent retainers -- with no prompts). I've always taken pretty good care of my teeth and haven't had any issues. Towards the end of my visit, he said that he would recommend me coming in every 3 months for a cleaning until he see progress. He also wanted to fill a cavity prior to the follow up appt, which seemed fine but keep this in mind for later. This felt like a money grab -- but what's more, I left feeling discouraged and confused. I went to another dentist not too long after (not changing anything in my hygiene habits), and they told me that my hygiene was great and my teeth were in good health (unprompted from me). They used the same x-rays that had been taken here and said that everything looked good (I didn't need a filling). Later I mentioned the recommendations from this office and they said that was unnecessary and likely a money grab. This completely ruined my experience with this office unfortunately. If Dr. Reardon worked closer to my location and at a different office, I would definitely make him my regular dentist, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend.
