Instead of taking responsibility, they want me to pay "shop supplies" just to fix damage that happened while it was in their care. And to top it off, the TPMS wasn't even reset after the service. That's basic, entry-level stuff that should never be missed. This was my first time using this dealership, and it will definitely be my last. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

The finance guy tried his best to sell me all kinds of crap I didn't want. I told him I wanted the advertised deal. He even tried to sell me a 3.9% loan so I could get a $2000 rebate, I said no, I want the deal that's advertised. He brought back his little I-pad and started flipping through, saying sign here, sign here and there. He put the payment in for 30 days out. When I received my paperwork from GM I called them, they said the dealer made a mistake and they could send in an amendment and fix it. I stopped and asked to have this done, was told I would get a call in a couple days. No call, stopped buy again a week later. The arrogant little finance guy said it was my fault for not letting him know I wanted THAT specific part of the deal. He has refused to fix his mistake and was very rude about it. I would go anywhere else other than this dealership. I guess my purchasing of $140,000 worth of vehicles in the last year doesn't mean crap to them!!!

So why not check the transmission fluid now, and guess what that was empty now too. The gas cap was broken, and battery was being jumped when I arrived to pick it up. They did not reconnect my windshield washer hoses so it was all leaking to the ground, the a/c blower motor had a shop towel in it, and there were paint sticks in the sunroof. More problems when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They were referred to me by Benton Nissan, but I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy. If you do decide to take you vehicle here check all your fluids before you pull out of the parking lot.

For many years I had a Ford Dealership that we frequented in California, always great service there, I was hoping for the same thing here. Right away when I walked into the Service Dept, Christian greeted me, got my vehicle information, I requested the Works, Christian lead me to the customer lounge, said he would come out to let me know when my car was ready. It was comfortable in the lounge with a big screen TV, plenty of coffee using a Kreuger and the best coffee pods. Christian got back with me in 45 minutes and got me in my vehicle, great customer service. Prices are different compared to California, I was paying $70 with a tire rotation, here paid $121. What I didn't like was that it is very dangerous trying to leave the parking lot, Hwy 31 is busy, when I was leaving a car was also leaving and turning left which to me is crazy, I was turning right, I guess the idea is to wait till it is completely clear like if any car coming from the left is at least a quarter mile down, plus you can't trust the right lane because if you think the right number 2 lane will be clear and there is another car that is on the left number 1 lane is traveling, that car will merge to the number 2 lane in that intersection and if you decide to go right at the same time, bam, you got an accident, I seen that occuring when I was waiting. In California, it is illegal to merge to another lane at an intersection, not sure if it's the same here in Tennessee, maybe Ford and Hyundai should invest in a signal, but that's going all along this stretch of Hwy 31. But either way, the service was excellent.

I really wish that somebody could have come into the waiting room and explained what the problem was. Well, there wasn't a critical problem. Everything was based on my mileage and really didn't need to be done at that time. The car was serviced the month before. But that was $275 unexpectedly that I spent.
