It was getting into the seat that was the problem. So one night, I had a ridiculously painful situation, my last wisdom tooth was grinding against another tooth and developed a cavity where they met. Very painful. So I got a nerve block, saw my regular dentist and he took a xray and told me I need oral surgery after packing and sealing the affected area.
So I scheduled the procedure at one of their offices. My first appointment, I took a day off from work, arranged for a ride, went to the facility, and they thought I was supposed to be in a different office. So I rescheduled. Weeks go by as I wait for the new appointment. I show up a second time, and they thought I cancelled the appointment. I do no such thing.
The third time, the screwed up again. It took me getting on the phone, acting like a Karen, yelling at them for me to be seen.
And then upon arrival, the rates that I expected to pay, they were now hundreds higher.
If you are planning on using their main facility in Randolph, this has more doctors, but if you want to use a satellite office, don't waste your time. I am not the only person who this happens to - incompetent scheduling department, either incompetent or purposely misstating costs, and all around a bad experience.
Avoid this practice. If your dentist is referring you, ask for another practice. Tell them you don't have time for fun and games, lying staff, bad schedules, and sitting down expecting one price and then learning its several hundred more on game day.
