Dr Paige yelled at my 5 year old and 3 year old. That is terrible thing for any adult to do, let…read morealone and fellow mother of young children. Considering this is supposed to be a family dentist, someone who conducts themselves like that shouldn't have children as patients. My 5 year old had a meltdown, she's scared of the dentist, my husband waited over 30 min passed the appointment time, and the dental hygienist put a lollipop in her mouth and then took it out and threw it away. The meltdown sucked, but 5 year olds (especially given the circumstances) can do that sometimes. For Page to yell at my children, not even speaking harshly to my husband but yelling directly to my kids, is inexcusable. I would never recommend bringing a child to see her.

You get an estimate before the work but then when you leave and go to pay the bill is higher, sometimes by hundreds of dollars because he has to "do something else" he didn't plan on doing. But he never runs this by you while you are in the chair he just does it. And this has happened multiple times. He says he can do root canals but he starts it then says your roots are too small and says you have to go to a specialist but still charges you $600. Even worse it hurts when he drills half the time, but don't tell him that he gets annoyed. I could give him a zero I would do it in a heartbeat.

They understood my concerns and were able to provide an estimate. I scheduled a consult and went in the following week. Everyone was so pleasant and Dr. Begley explained what would be done and made me feel confident and informed about the procedure. On extraction day, everything went smoothly and quickly. I had local anesthesia and there was no pain during or after the procedure thanks to his expertise and care. Recovery was much easier than anticipated. Follow up care was thoroughly explained and I was provided written instructions as well. The entire office staff was friendly, professional and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process.
