As a wheelchair user, we sometimes need small adjustments/alterations done on our equipment but don't know where to go to get that done. Often deciding to just 'live with it the way it is.' Or, on our own, 'MacGyver' something that 'sort of' works. It is so amazing to find a someone willing to help. Anyway, The owner, and his employee welcomed me in and said 'SURE' they could do exactly what I was asking for... right there, on the spot! They chatted with me in the shop while working on my footplate. I was there for probably 30 minutes. The results were EXACTLY what I wanted & I would (and will) go back to them in a split second. Calls were either unanswered or the person helping me told me he was very busy with other projects. Being a customer I should not have to go out of my way to constantly ask if they are ever going to work on my printing service that I have asked for. Now that it has past my deadline to get my project printed I need to request 3D printing services from another provider at expedited cost because I trusted my project to be responded to in a timely manner.
