Very unprofessional and wouldn't stop talking "crap" about ex-employees and people they pick up for fares. Definitely not a great first impression for someone who travels to LOTO every weekend for boating for the last almost 15 years. You're better off going with someone else.

Hands down the best price, best customer service and best music selection compared to any Uber,…read moreLyft or other ride hailing services! My friends and I needed a ride but saw that it would cost us $75 for an Uber and it would be a 30 minute wait. As we were leaving Chevy's, I saw the 365-Cabs card so I figured I'd call to see what the rates were. That's when I spoke to Jeff! Jeff was awesome from the get go. He told us it would be $50 to get to our destination and he could pick us up in 10 minutes. He was right on time which is so refreshing because usually when someone says 10 minutes it normally will take much longer. The ride to the bar was so much fun because Jeff had the best playlist selection. He got a call from a customer he dropped off earlier so he excused himself and asked if we would mind if he grabbed it. Of course we said we didn't mind! He took the call through bluetooth and was just as professional with the customer on the phone as he was with us. You can truly tell when a person is passionate about their job and wants to do it right. Well, Jeff is doing everything right and even more! To top off his great customer service, he even texted me when he knew the bar was about to close to see if we needed a ride back! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?!?! He picked us back up and it cost the exact same amount to get back as it did to get there. This company knows what they are doing and won't sneak in any hidden fees or surcharges like Uber or Lyft. It's nice when a company is so transparent about their pricing. I have told every person I've met and even strangers at the lake to call Jeff whenever they need a ride because they won't be disappointed. THANK YOU, JEFF, FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT CABBIE! P.S. to Jeff's managers, please note that this incredible 365-Cabs employee deserves a promotion, raise or at least some sort of acknowledgment for all his hard work because he is going above and beyond the call of duty and it reflects so wonderfully for your company! I can't wait to see Jeff when I come back down to the lake later this summer!

Absolutely horrible experience. I will not be using this taxi service again…read more From the beginning, the driver seemed unwilling to make any effort to locate me for pickup. I am new to the installation and was not familiar enough with the area to explain exactly where I was. Instead of helping locate me, he told me where he was and expected me to use Google Maps to guide him to my location myself. Once he finally picked me up, the experience became even more frustrating. He repeatedly asked me for additional money and rushed me about paying more. I was charged $4 even though I understood the fare had gone down to $3. On top of that, he became rude when it came to tipping, which made the entire situation extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. As a customer, especially someone new to the installation, I expected basic patience, professionalism, and assistance from the driver. Instead, I felt rushed, pressured for more money, and treated disrespectfully. This was one of the worst taxi experiences I have had, and I absolutely would not recommend this service based on how I was treated.

We were denied because they found a bedbug, claiming it to be from us as we were the last fare. This is not enough reason to ban us as bedbugs hide and they had other fares before us. No, nothing was provided for us.This is public transportation and who is to say it didn't come from another fare. This has been very embarrassing for us. They knew I'd never use them and did not know that it was $5 a stop and she should have said that instead of calling me out of five so after I got out of there I called them before I had even checked out to make sure they would be there after waiting 15 minutes and no one showed I called route 66 they came immediately and on my way home to pick up my daughter from the bus of which I could not miss gray call me back himself and said where are you I said I could not wait any longer now this is 20 min later and he got extremely rude and said well you didn't call and cancel that I'll be at five dollar no-show charge and we will collect. And then hung up. Would not use this service ever again. They had pitched to me in the car and on the phone that they are different than other cab companies and treat people right...ya down right awful. Rudest family run cab company his sister and him (grey) and their mom or it's is wife. It's no wonder that guy treated them that way. I'm not saying anyone deserves to be treated poorly but, maybe so e people reap what they sew. Lebanon small town and if they keep treating people that way they won't have a business and they recently just got back into business after closing now I know why. $5 a stop children under a year are free but if you have a child other than that it's $3 a head. Also it's $5 per stop per person even if it's not their stop and they just are riding with you to go someplace else. So that's $5 to go to the store for you and your friend and if you're going out of town they charge you $5 initially and then by the mile. Which I have no idea what that is because if they're charging a dollar a minute then I can't imagine what that might cost. You're better off spending your money on a psychic hotline or a sex hotline use route 66cabs it's 7 bucks but they don't charge wait time and are awesome drivers that tell you if they are ganna be late or how long it will be before they get there. They don't charge anything for your children either They are free. Grey should change his name from grey's taxi service to grey's taxu service. So rude..and misleading.
