I've never used a shuttle service before and was traveling with my kids, so I was nervous. I also got a confirmation text the next morning, which put me at ease. The driver showed up on time, and was very nice! We chatted the whole way to the airport, I felt very comfortable, and we got there right on time. A good way to start my trip! I would not hesitate to use them again if I need another shuttle sometime.

I booked a ride for a specific time, and the driver did not show up. When I called the number given to me, after waiting quite some time, I was told the driver was on their way. The driver was more than 15 minutes late after I called. The car was filled with trash. That driver said I was supposed to have another driver, but that person overslept and could not pick me up. As a result, I was late getting to the airport and missed my flight -- I had to book another flight that cost me a lot of money! Paying was shady, too, because you had to give out your card number by phone and not thru a machine. I do not recommend using this service.
