I called Barry Neal. The sent a guy over to review the job. A few days later they arrived and repair the tiles. I had spare tiles from the builder, so that was a benefit. What a difference it made. Water hitting the shower glass door now flows into the shower. Great service and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them and use them again.

The outcome was a complete 360 from the white wire racks. It makes the spaces look so much better and more functional. This is one upgrade all homeowners should consider. It was less expensive than I initially had thought which is always a plus. We also had them replace the flooring in the office with Laminate and it turned out really nice. I would recommend and use them again in the future. Lastly I enjoy supporting smaller family owned companies vs large corporations. This is one of those type businesses. Keep up the great work over there!

I was in the market for a kitchen, master bath, and floor remodel in my home. I have lots of…read morefriends in construction, but I was wise enough to know better than to hire "friends" to do the job. I am extremely picky and OCD when it comes to detail and cleaning. I used Better Business Bureau to find local remodeling companies. I did this because I trust the BBB and I wanted a company which I would not pay if the job was not completed in accordance with the contract and my expectations; also, another reason to not hire a "friend." I called several companies and among all my projects, I had 11 quotes. I did not choose the cheapest. I chose the company that was the most responsive and seemed eager to do my work. I am glad I did. I choose Tile Metrics, located in Oviedo. I went to the shop and met with staff. My wife and I were able to choose all our products from this location. The store seems small and quite busy. Don't let that fool you. They have so much product and ideas to offer. Now to the important part. From beginning to end, the company stayed in contact with me. They emailed and sometimes called me almost daily to coordinate work, projects, and keep me informed. This was exactly what I wanted. They are also a one-stop shop in that they do almost all the work themselves. No separate contractors to deal with, just one single point of contact. Most of the work was done by an in-house crew, which if you do not know, is very important. The worker men that came to my house were clean cut, polite, professional, and did top notch work. Can you imagine having a remodel with almost no complaints? All you hear are horror stories about remodeling your home. Tile Metrics took care of everything. They did all the flooring in my house, including removing old tile and hardwood floors (dustless), new kitchen quartz countertops and back splash. Moved plumbing and electrical. Installed new toilets in 2 bathrooms. And a complete master bath remodel with everything new. The work was done quickly without delay. Once they started, they stayed on my project until it was done. For the parts of the projects they did not do in-house, the subs were equally good. As for price, they were fair and probably in the middle to lower end of all my quotes. I have no complaints, which is rare of me. I will be hiring Tile Metrics again in the future to complete more projects at my home, as soon as I save up more money.

There were so many issues with my old kitchen, the…read morecabinets were ugly, the space just wasn't used well at all and I had a couple of ideas about things I always wanted to have in my "dream kitchen" (ie - a corner cabinet with a glass door and a lazy susan inside, that's right, straight from the 80s). Junior came out and met with us and somehow managed to translate my insane ramblings about shadowboxes and faux islands into exactly what I was wanting. He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. I am so happy with my new kitchen, it is literally my dream come true. I cannot rave enough about Junior and the team from I4. =)

He asked me to send pictures and measurements and that he would be out the next day. 30 mins before he was suppose to be there, he called with a price over $9000 the highest estimate that I received. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

Excellent customer service!…read more Since moving to central Florida and renovating my new house, I've dealt with my fair share of contractors/companies/re-modelers etc. . I must say that Rigo Tile far exceeded my expectations! Their prices are fair and they provide excellent customer service along with a quality product. We had our garage tiled, we bought all of our own materials from Floor & Decor in Orlando but Rigo Tile carried the same & similar products for around the same pricing. Why Rigo Tile is better (in my opinion) than Floor & Decor is for two reasons: 1) Better customer service. The estimator they sent over was very knowledgeable and able to give us an estimate fairly quickly. He was also quick to point out what pieces were missing for a specific design that we wanted (we had previously purchased all of the materials from Floor & Decor but the Floor & Decor specialist got the calculations wrong and gave us the wrong product, it was a nightmare to order from them). The installers themselves were prompt and courteous. They went straight to work, and even though our floors were a bit crooked, they managed to tile & grout the entire area (approx. 500 sq. feet) in 3 days. The installer actually apologized for it taking so long (I thought it was actually really quick) and explained that because our floor was not level it would probably take a little bit longer than usual. 2) Quality products & service at affordable pricing. As we stated they had much of the same products as Floor & Decor for around the same pricing at Floor & Decor. Also, even though we bought our own materials (not from Rigo Tile), their tile installation prices were the lowest that we have encountered! Another reason why I think they are a great choice is because they went above and beyond to help us out after a horrible experience with another contractor. I am so happy to have finally found good, quality service in my new hometown! I would definitely recommend, in fact, I am in the process of contracting them to do some more work on my new home. I wish I had found them sooner
