We were living in Colorado at the time and couldn't fly out to see their inventory. They face-timed with us and walked us thru what they had. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. Their price for the quartz and granite countertops (kitchen, bathrooms) was even better than the previous company. They installed the countertops and they looked beautiful! A month later, we had a little coconut oil ring from a bottle left out overnight on a bathroom counter. Stopped in to shop for granite countertops. Nice storefront, inviting atmosphere, many choices…read moredisplayed. One customer was talking to a sales person so I looked around while waiting. A couple came in a few minutes later and was greeted by another saleswoman, they told her they were already working with someone so she smiled, turned her back and began working in the computer. Hmmm well so much for customer service. You only get one chance to make a first impression, this wasn't a good one. I waited politely and tried to gain her attention but she wasn't interested. I'll take my business and money elsewhere.
