I brought my 92 year old mother and got there before the appointment time that had been texted and emailed to me for 2:30 pm. I was told at reception that my mother's appointment may have to be canceled or rescheduled because we were to be there at 2:00 to fill out tablet registration. Receptionist checked with staff and was told that if it was filled out within 20 minutes the doctor would see my mother. The tablet was returned by 2:40. There were no patients called to the back from the time we arrived until the tablet was turned in. My mother did not get called back until 3:00. We felt like our time had no value. Even if we had gotten there at 2 PM, we would have been there for 1 hour. It already took around 2 months to get an appointment in the first place.

This business has had no value since one of their people left the business. Note the older positive…read morereviews were from better days. The first time I was shocked by the lack of care was when I needed my hearing aids to simply be turned up. They were working fine. But they told me my hearing aids were older than 5 years and that I needed to purchase new ones. After leaving this practice, and experiencing that this was in fact a choice they are making in the industry I lost all respect for ABHA. Hearing care is absolutely exploited and this business runs on that opportunity. No quality care or professionalism is to be found here. I did end up purchasing new aids here, trusting them that it was in fact time to make a new investment in my 5 yr old aids. After just a few appointments and them being 100% responsible for not being able to adjust my hearing aids -that they recommended for my hearing loss- they told me I was no longer an able to be a patient there. I was forced to completely start over, except -- I had purchased my hearings aids with them and the service care plan included. When starting over I ran into issues of having to purchase a separate care plan to receive appropriate services. Thankfully I was able to navigate this and found another provider who truly did show me that that every single thing about the way ABHA does business is wrong. They have now changed their name, but not their stripes.

I came in with a severe ear infection and met with Dr. Chapel for all of 5 minutes since he took a personal call while in the room and his phone kept going off. Then he told me he would send over an oral antibiotic and a ear drop antibiotic and I should feel better in 24 hours. His words exactly. I waited 4 hours to get the meds and trying to call into their office is a complete joke, their call center is completely rude and hung up on me multiple times and refused to help transfer me to the office just so I could ask when they were going to send my medication only for me to drive back to the office to finally get an answer. This continued for 3 days! I called the next day crying in absolute pain and finally got pain meds only for them to not work at all and today calling their on call doctor at 5am and not hearing back anything until I personally had to call to speak with his MA and was in such absolute pain that they were finally going to get in contact with the doctor. At this point I was so fed up I went to the ER and was immediately treated and cared for way better than this office even attempted. Their clinic manager, Sandy doesn't give two shits either and was almost blaming me for why my pain was so bad and making it out to be that I didn't follow my medications as directed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! All I wanted was help and to get the adequate care I deserved and this place was a nightmare! Avoid it at all costs!!!!!!
