This is hardly the case in so many instances. However, I am happy to report that Dr. Dragutsky with Gastro One is amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with him on two separate occasions and in both instances he has genuinely tried to solve my health puzzles. He gets right down to business and gets all the tests ordered and blood drawn. He actually looks at past records and asks thorough questions. I then sat for a full hour and some change past my appointment time waiting for my turn. No one called prior to tell me they were behind. No one said anything when I got in the office. Nurse apologized when she took me back to wait another 30 minutes. Doctor did not apologize at all, and did the bare minimum to justify a copay.
